Pros:

Coffee was well made, and the entry of the office has nice natural light.

Cons:

Dirty sheets. Hair on one of the pillows, and a stain that looked akin to cat puke. It smelled of cigarettes and the fan was not on when I arrived.

Avoid at all cost
Pros:

Glad to exit the property and never return. Office staff was very helpful and friendly, unfortunately the hotel lacks every thing else

Cons:

Switch rooms 3 times, Next door family had loud children and a crying dog, front door had no strike plate, just split and broken wood. Room 103.

Unreliable.
Pros:

The price was fair.

Cons:

The room was fair but didn't have any hangers for clothes. I requested a 6:00 a.m. wake up call but didn't receive one. I was in town (Auburn, Ca) for cancer treatment at 7:00 a.m. Luckily, I woke up on my own at 6:25 a.m., got dressed and immediately left. No time to shower or have breakfast. Good thing the Doctor's office was only 5 miles away.
