Convient location
Requested late check out and when we went down for coffee room key would not work to get back in room. No coffee in room. Only one plug to charge 3 phones. Everything in room plugged into power strip looked like a fire hazard.
location
the room is not to good
Nothing, the front counter staff were so horrible that I didn’t even stay
Everything, the front counter staff was so horrible I didn’t even stay
Easy to get on and off I84
The room was hardly cleaned at all. The mattress was covered in pee stains, one side of the mattress was completely caved in. The shower wall had a huge Crack in it, the bathtub wasn't usable whatsoever and needed to be completely restored. The shower curtain was covered in stains and nasty. It was extremely difficult to sleep with all the noise of other guests that have no manners and the conditions of the room.
The breakfast options weren't at all that great VS other SUPER 8 HOTELS that have amazing breakfast options along with hot food.
OVERALL, SUPER 8 BOISE AIRPORT WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING.
Staff and facilities exceeded expectations.
Staff was very helpful. Accommodations were comfortable and very clean.
There was not an easy way to take luggage in/out due to the stairs going up to the elevator to get to second floor but the price was worth that inconvenience!
Creepy and outdated staff were very rude
Nothing the night audit lady on our last night here was so extremely rude to me and my husband, claimed she was a supervisor of a hotel before and I can tell you I've fired people for less than what she just did to our little family I drove 400 miles and specifically got the one in Boise for their pool, which is where problems started she proceeded to tell my husband there wasn't a sign in our room stating not to use in room towels, and refused to give him pool towels that he asked for, for my 4 and 8 year old child, until I went back to our room and brought her our dirty bath towels, which was weird, but there was in fact and still is a sign stating " Going to our pool?" "Pool towels are available at the pool. Please do NOT remove room towels, thank you.") on the bathroom sink counter quite the normal no microwave plate, bubbling paint in bathroom tile on base boards not even connected to the wall please see review from stay on 03/18- 03/19
NOTHING .
Notba whole lot unfortunately, the night audit lady on our last night here was so extremely rude to me and my husband, claimed she was a manager, I was once a supervisor of a Comfort inn and Suites before and I can tell you this, I've fired people for less than what she just did to our little family I drove 400 miles and specifically got the one in Boise for their pool, which is where problems started she proceeded to tell my husband there wasn't a sign in our room stating not to use in room towels, and refused to give him pool towels that he asked for, for my 4 and 8 year old child, until I went back to our room and brought her our dirty bath towels, which was weird, but there was in fact and still is a sign stating " Going to our pool?" "Pool towels are available at the pool. Please do NOT remove room towels, thank you.") on the bathroom sink counter quite the normal, so we just wrapped the kiddos in our over shirts and carried them to the room because it was freezing (pool not warmed) , the first 3 gals I had run in with were so sweet and kind and loving to me and my babies, may I mind you she treated me this way after I even made a reservation for the date of the 03/17-03/18 she went ahead and checked my reservation on the day prior and SHE specifically denied transferring certain dates that were paid, stating we were a no call no show, which was in fact incorrect we were just early and the lady said they did not do early check ins even with insurance which was crazy to me, BUT WE WERE HERE EARLY ACTUALLY, I told her to check her cameras she just giggles at me and rolls her eyes but did not such thing, and she still claimed. I will never recommend anyone with children to stay here.
Location was prime
Firmer bed, it was like sleeping on a air mattress with a bad leak. Making disabled rooms more accessible. I did not see an elevator to get to the "ground floor" and it was down stairs.
The shower was great
The bed was broke and they wouldn't move us to another room, or give another night or give a partial refund cuz it wasn't until 5am when my husband get so cramped up he couldn't sleep on the bed no more, my husband had to sleep on the floor. The price I paid wasn't worth sleeping on the floor.
