Hallways very dirty. Room smell stale no shampoo when we got the room.

Nothing they over charged me for my animal then told me they didn’t know why and wouldn’t change it the the price quoted

I reserved a 2 queen room, and was put into a one queen room. The room we ended up being put in was dirty, the bathroom floor was wet and dirty. The sink was wet and had a wet bar of soap on the back of the sink. I asked for a partial refund and was told that was not an option.
Decent rooms for a decent price and the location.
Double charged, issues with check in process, reservations mistakenly cancelled, called in the middle of the night to get a $50 incidental charge added to my room because it wasn’t done at check-in and was told I couldn’t stay unless I paid the $50 right now(1230am).
Almost double charged again because issues with booking.com payment. I stayed for four weeks total and would have stayed longer but too many issues.
The first room we were in was very dirty! The toilet was clogged wouldn’t even flush so we got moved to a different room. Then the second room we were put in was also very dirty! Not happy at all and will not be going back!
At least the ceiling in the bedroom area was clean and not falling down. The one housekeeping lady that I saw was very nice.
I was awakened both mornings I was there by the neighbors banging the walls, screaming. The kids were hollering. The TV was on and it started at about 3:30 AM. You should have a wing that has just kids in it. The continental breakfast was not good. The muffins were stale, there was no protein (eggs or meat). I only saw one housekeeping person anywhere when I was there. The garbage bins outside were not emptied at all. Full when I got there, stacked when I left. The bathroom was scary.
Before I am submitting this, it states this is a 5.0 review. I can't get that changed, but this should be a 2.0 review.

I want my money back . I told u I would pay when I got there and u took my money out way before I even got to the day . I never confirmed, nothing. So not only did you steal my money but you took it way before. I even said I was going to even pay for it. So when it comes down to it I would like my money back
Junk cars behind the motel. Bad bad reviews, dead bodies. I mean shootings all this stuff. I should have read the reviews before I even said I would even go there. Am not running from a place that has that kind of stuff going on
