FRONT DESK LADY STOLE MY MONEY AFTER CANCELING MY RESERVATION. DO NOT STAY HERE.
Cons:

The front desk lady was EXTREMELY RUDE AND HOSTILE. SHE STOLE MONEY by charging my card $60.11 the day after She Canceled my reservation, she yell at me. She would not provide hotel management or customers service phone numbers. I called the hotel to have them reverse the charge and she hung up. She was being hostle with the guy in front of me before I tried checking in. She claimed to be the manager/owner. I am pursuing legal and criminal actions towards her.

We didn't stay there because they didn't have the room I reserved. I recently had knee replacement surgery and was told by a very rude staff member I could hike up 3 flights of stairs or try and get a refund. I have filled for a full refund.

The basics for road sleep in a higher standard
Pros:

The check in was easy because of the communication and the room was accessible to me per my request. The wifi is excellent and the room was clean and quiet. The access to the freeway and areas of Boise is excellent.

Cons:

For the value of this property there are no complaints

Absolutely terrible service

The room doesn't have a coffee machine and I went downstairs to the lobby to ask whether they had coffee i was treated very rudely by the staff who condescendingly said they only serve coffee with breakfast at 630 am I ended up using doordash later in the morning and per doordash policy they deliver to the lobby i saw that my order was delivered and I went to get it and I overheard them say that they aren't my servant they specifically said 223 which was my room number. I met the doordash delivery guy in the hallway and avoided the staff because I didn't want to be treated badly. If I hadn't paid for the room in advance for 2 nights I would have checked out of the hotel and went to a different one. I was at the hotel because my flight was canceled due to severe weather on the east coast and the destination airport had canceled all flights. I had to be at the airport at 430 am and it wasn't set up for the shuttle even though I had set it up at check-in and I had to wait 30 minutes for another shuttle to arrive I barely made it through tsa and almost missed my flight

Pros:

Free breakfast. Asked for and received a coffee pot for room. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

Cons:

Refrigerator was unable to be set below freezing. Informed staff at check out. They will repair. So not a neative.

Wonderful front desk staff
Pros:

Location. Out of the gridlock. The front desk was very helpful getting me a new room that didn’t have a mold smell.

Close to the airport, del taco next door, and parking.

Cons:

The bed was so hard, sheets could use some bleach, pillows were so thin and the smell of weed was so bad.
