Pros:

It was a great location, mostly clean, and the staff was amazing.

Cons:

Every time I went to the breakfast room the food was completely gone, I went at varying times. It’s also loud, people playing guitar all hours of the night, slamming doors, being loud in the hallways. There’s also very limited parking.

I want a refund
Pros:

The yogurt was yummy!

Cons:

My list is too long. What bothered me the most was all the noise noise noise. This is the worst location for a hotel. US Foods is right across the street. All night long I listened to semis backing up. I had to sleep during the day. My refrigerator was possessed, it made gurgling and banging sounds all night. The toilet flushed so loud it scared me. I could hear everything going on in the rooms next to me. No bathroom fan. No internet for 3 nights, it was down.
The staff was rude to me on my last day.
The laundry machines are disgusting. The stairs look like they haven't been vacuumed in a year.
The elevator is very old, very loud, and very scary. I wish I could get a refund for this horrible experience. I had a long drive and I was exhausted.
