The staff tried to be very accommodating. They knew they are having problems with house keeping .

Housekeeping left dirty towels in the shower of room 125. Marijuana smell was so intense my eyes were watering and I’m allergic to it.

It was a roof over our head for 2 nights

Cons:

The bed was super hard with little to no cushioning, also I don't think it was a queen, it was more like a full sz. The elevator was sketchy and out dated. Not the usual hotel we usually stay at or location but figured give it a try. Breakfast could use some work too, hard biscuits and gooey scrambled eggs were not appealing.

Pros:

The bed was comfy, water pressure amazing, spacious room, king suite. Front desk manager was super friendly and the girl with green hair (yes green) was absolutely the most friendliest person ive seen in a long time.

Cons:

Breakfast was nothing to write home.about. cereal, yogurt, biscuits and gravy with fake eggs. Coffee was, just wow. Gravel yard desk clerk needed a attitude adjustment, she was down right rude and nasty to customers. She needs replaced.

Great room for the price
Pros:

The room was clean, check in easy, breakfast was great. Only thing that would have made it better would be to have more room when closing bathroom door.

The front desk staff were excellent: informational, friendly, and always prompt.

Cons:

I left my one and only phone charger in the room, and when I reformed to get it, the housekeeping did not turn it in. I did not get it back. However, the wonderful front desk lay have me one of hers.

Pros:

It was a great location, mostly clean, and the staff was amazing.

Cons:

Every time I went to the breakfast room the food was completely gone, I went at varying times. It’s also loud, people playing guitar all hours of the night, slamming doors, being loud in the hallways. There’s also very limited parking.
