Breakfast was very good. Hoped for fresh fruit. Coffee delicious.
The key card kept timing out! Retuned one late afternoon and was able to push our door open! Housekeeping did NOT check the door. Nothing missing! BOOKING.COM GAVE THE WRONG ROOM!!!
HAVE CONFIRMATION FOR 2 BEDS AND WE HAD ONE!! MY FRIEND IS A RESTLESS SLEEPER AND I KEPT GETTING KICKED!!! I SPOKE WITH AGENT AND SENT 3 SCREENSHOTS AS PROOF OF THE CONFIRMATION. I RESENT BEING TREATED LIKE A LIAR!! I EXPECT MAJOR ADJUSTMENT ON MY BILL!!!
The rooms were exceptionally clean, the staff was always polite and ready to help. Everything was relatively close, 10 to 20 minutes away.
I can't really say there was something I didnt like.
When my family and I travel to Billings we stay at this hotel simple not many frills a great place to sleep because we are usually doing other things like going to the fair and need a comfortable place to sleep. Really like this hotel but could use some TLC
A couple things I wasn’t fond of was when I arrived to check in I was informed my card was already charged not real happy about that since I ment to use a different card to check in. Another thing was the tv at some time during the night lost internet connection so when we turned it on in the morning it wouldn’t work.
Room was clean and staff was very friendly.

Breakfast was ok. But they put three small baggies of frozen waffles out every 15 min so of course everyone was upset.

Despite having a confirmed booking made 20 minutes prior to arrival, on receptionist said they were overbooked and that my reservation had been cancelled. She was rude, unapologetic and unhelpful. I booked in at QI instead

On this stay I found cat vomit under the bed and the room smelled like a dead animal rotting
Everything was clean, people is super nice and respectful
The sprinklers came on at 6:00 am, and soaked and water stained my. I had to was it twice and wax it to get the stains off!
