Tub and bed spread terrible

This property looked deserted and should have been torn down a long time ago
I called Expedia to cancel this hotel even if I had not gotten my money back I would not have stayed at this hotel

There was no breakfast available at 6:00 am. The bathroom stool in my room needs some attention

Dirty and scary. Unfriendly staff

I have a service animal! According to the ADA, I am not to be charged. The person at the front desk refused to let me stay unless I paid $20 for the pet fee. It wasn’t until I stated it was illegal to charge me for him and threatened to report him to the ADA.

In other regards, the hotel was disgusting. It smelled horrendous and was dingy. I have filed a formal complaint with the ADA about the discrimination.

I never take the time to write reviews, but this stay was so bad it’s impossible not to. Within minutes of entering the room, we found stained sheets, dirt inside the bed, and chunks of mud on the floor. Clearly, the room hadn’t been cleaned. We requested a refund immediately, yet a week later we still haven’t received it. I would never recommend Super 8 by Wyndham, especially this location in Chadron, Nebraska.

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. Both rooms were not clean, door latch broke, just wasn’t what we were expecting for our overnight stay. Needs some updating.

This was horrible! We ended up not even staying it was disgusting! The floors hadn’t been vacuumed in forever, sticky stuff on surfaces, dried pee spots in toilet, AC was broken down and there was still a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door when we arrived. Very rough crowd coming and going. It needs shut down ASAP

Parking lot was unkempt and the building looked run down.
The hallway carpet was filthy with no signs of recent vacuuming.
Areas of the hallway carpet were completely saturated with water. It would squish water when I walk on it.
The only reason I stayed was because, thankfully, my room had been updated with new carpet and paint.
When I reported the wet carpet to the desk clerk, he shrugged and said, "yes I know".
The "free breakfast" was pretty sparse.
I would never stay in this hotel again! Likely never stay at a Super 8 anyway again.

I had a room reserved, and when I arrived, they did not have any rooms available.

The desk guy was friendly but couldn’t understand what I was saying. The bathroom sink was clogged. The air took along time to cool the room.

Black mold on the bathroom ceiling. Beds were HARD. Surface counters unclean. No filter on the window air conditioner.

I got there and had no room

I showed up to check in and I was told they were all sold out. They had sold my reservation to a walk up. I was sent away with no answers to my questions. I will be seeking legal representation for the complete disaster I showed up to.

DO NOT MAKE RESERVATIONS HERE!! What a sh*thole! It looks like the bldg has been abandoned. Gutters hanging off, broken windows, bedroom items stored where the pool used to be. They had no internet so couldn't even check in, thank God on that one.

It was ok

Absolutely refused to stay there. The property looked abandoned when we arrived. Gutters hanging off the building. Old mattresses leaning on inside glass to what appeared to be the pool area. Tall weeds in every crack and crevice in the parking area. No vehicles in the parking area and the reader board sign missing most of the letters. Didn't even go inside. Ate my my fee and booked another room elsewhere.

I used up all of my Wyndham piints for this room specifically for the jetted tub, after a 1200 mile motorcycle trip.
Jetted tub did not work, no wifi, no offers for rebates just "another room" but that was the only suite with the tub. Had to attempt to fix the showerhead myself, signs it has been leaking a while as the drywall is soft and paint is bubbling.
Mattress is firm if you like that sort of thing. Doesn't usually bug me but again after 1200 miles, i expected a whole lot more out of a king suite.

Both the sink & toilet leak. The sink is stained & doesn't look clean at all. The room smelled heavily of smoke. Couldn't understand the lady at the front desk. They advertise RV/truck parking but it is literally parking behind the parking spots.
