The room was not to part the tv was working on /off. The air condition was broken. The light fixture was hanging from the ceiling. And the bathroom door had a split in it with white paint

It was clean and the location was good. Since they had no elevator and my husband needed a walker they changed our room to one on the bottom.

Cons:

The room keys did not work. She let us in with the mastercard, but didn't even say that the cards still did not work. When we pointed it out she said the manager would fix it within 20 min.. he finally did it right hours later w.o. letting us know until we asked. Also only had coffee and juice, but no breakfast as advertised. Also no elevator. Very disappointed.
