Conveniently off the interstate.
Room and bathroom were clean.
AC worked well.
No conditioner in shower.
Should have a paper list of tv channels.
It was just ok
The cost for one night, was expensive for what was there.
Staff was great
No pool and issue with keys on arrival
Eh... ok.
Super noisy. Not very pleasant staff at check in.
Parking was ok
hot glue to fix the carpet.....Come on you can certainly do better! Toilets are miniture and general room condition was sketchy at best. You have to do a better job of keeping the homeless from wandering parking lot at night please.
We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and offered great value for the price. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to other travelers.
We came for breakfast about 30 minutes before it ended, but unfortunately, there was very little food left, and some items were no longer available. We expected the breakfast selection to be replenished until the official closing time. This was the main downside of our stay at the hotel.
Easy to get to from interstate
Dirty carpets, needed washed, several spots every where.
I had a ground floor room, did not have to walk up any stairs. Breakfast was ok, pancake machine worked well.
The furniture was cheap and sparce. Ikea style with a kitchen chair for lounging. No amenities, i.e. soap or shampoo. Door to the outside did not lock.
Staff was helpful, breakfast was way better than expected, bed was comfortable, nice sized tv, room and bathroom were clean.
There wasn't a restroom in the lobby or dining area.
Not much other than they had a room, sleeping in the car would have been a better option though. There was a toilet.
Too much to mention, but here's a short list of them.
Desk clerk didn't speak the local language and smelled as though they didn't know what a bath/shower was. Only one room key for two of us.
First room we were assigned to: The TV didn't work nor did the wi-fi, So the desk clerk came to check it out, stench made me gag while he was there. By the time he was done trying to make it work I was ready to sleep outside. He made us change rooms.
Second room: The TV worked, we couldn't see it from the bed because it was set lower than the bed, but it did work. The wi-fi still didn't work, but there was no way in heck we were going to call for help and have to suffer the through stench again. We used our "hot spot" on our phone to conduct the business we needed to for the night.
The room was sweltering and the AC wasn't working. I ended up cleaning the filthy AC filter and that helped a little.
The Shower: Tepid at best. No pressure to speak of.
The bed: Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Never been on a more uncomfortable bed in my life. The following night we slept in the car.... much BETTER.
