Bad service bad place unsafe
Pros:

Some staff was nice

Cons:

They charged my card without asking me, they demanded cash for a deposit, the night staff cancelled my reservation with out asking me, then gave me it back, while I'm standing there with my child. The TV didn't work at all, the hotel smelled of smoke from cigarettes, the door never locked even after telling front desk. There were homeless people everywhere around it I will never stay here again or even suggest it to anyone. Gross, unfriendly, and expensive

The rooms were clean, the staff were lovely and helpful.

The location is run down, rubbish outside in the driveway area, homeless people surrounding the hotel. The complentary breakfast was a dry small croissant and coffee/juice.

Very Helpful Staff
Pros:

Staff was very helpful to all our requests and needs. The tv guy helped us very quickly with helping set up our PlayStation to the tv which we appreciated a lot. And the service desk worker even helped us get a room next to our friend staying there as well. I recommend

Cons:

On the last day of our stay, sewage began coming up from out of the drain and filling our tub as well as the toilet no longer flushing. The same thing happened to our friends in the room next to us so I think it was an issue with plumbing.

worth the price
Pros:

room was super accessible AND CLEAN and staff was really great! we had an issue with the booking site and the lady checking us in helped us out and solved our problem quickly.

Cons:

it was a bit sketchy for sure just a few homeless people roaming around but nothing crazy happened and staff were super great!

The staff were really helpful. The hairdryer didn't work and a maintenance person changed it within a short time. Thanks.
