Pros:

So much more than I would have expected. Five-Star cleanliness and upkeep at a budget chain. Basic but very nice offerings at breakfast.

Would stay there again!
Pros:

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The water in the shower was super hot! Loved that! The room was very clean and cozy. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. He even gave us recommendations on places to eat dinner at.

Cons:

The breakfast was very bare. There definitely could have been a better selection. We were there for a baseball tournament and the kids needed more than just the little selection they had.

Pleasantly surprised
Pros:

Loved our stay. Clean, new, decor, furniture, tasteful, totally remodeled. The owner was friendly, welcoming, loving what he was doing. Prices reasonable. Bed very comfortable. Rested well. Will definitely return.

Breakfast was disappointing. I've stayed at a worse hotel in hays and they had better breakfast. Even better than a holiday inn. Its sad that they bag waffles instead of having a waffle maker
