Good Location
Pros:

Close proximity to Metro Airport and the shuttle to pick-up and drop-off. Visited the Henry Ford Museum at Dearborn and the Guardian in Downtown Detroit. Both excellent.

Cons:

Just a small thing with the coffee pot in the breakfast room. Coffee only luke warm and some fruit juice would be nice.

For the cheap price you can’t expect much
Pros:

The staff was extremely nice. They also had airport shuttle, which was great!

Cons:

The pillows were stained and the noise of others was bad including a small dog barking

Friendly accomodating staff
Pros:

They were amazingly accommodating, and Theresa was especially kind to us.

In addition, we accidentally left something valuable in our room. The housekeeping staff discovered it and immediately notified the front desk, who promptly contacted us to let us know.

This level of honesty, thoughtfulness, and customer service is rare these days. We were incredibly impressed and grateful!

Good for a short night to get to an early flight.
Pros:

Very close to the airport and the shuttle was prompt. The staff was friendly and accommodating. A convenience store was a short walk away.

Cons:

Very basic property with little to no amenities. No nearby restaurants.

A small thing, but the coffee in the dispenser was cold. Might be better to have instant coffee and a jug to boil water.

Pros:

Size of room

Cons:

Most things was missing from room like ice bowl, cups, microwave, tv did not work, room had just been panted and there was still paint tap on things, tons of paint dust over everything especially the floor, very strong paint smell and heat-ac didn't work.

必要最低限ではあるが、空港から近く、ホテルは清潔で、価格を考えるとお値打ち！
Pros:

値段がリーズナブルなのに、ホテルは清潔、スタッフは優しくて、周りにマックとかもあり、洗濯機もあり、必要性提言にしてよかった。シャトルバスで送っていただけ、それもなんかアットホームな感じがしてよかった。シェリーさんにお世話になりました！

Excellent customer service- above and beyond!
Pros:

Sherrie, the shuttle driver was wonderful and very helpful! She and Sara made my stay at this inexpensive hotel feel like i was staying in a five-star hotel! I highly recommend this hotel. Great customer service!
