The bugs

It was dirty, room door did not shut properly, the screws were loose, show and toilet looked visible dirty, no towels, not tissue, beds were supper uncomfortable, not trim on the furniture, furniture was extremely worn. We found a cockroach.The bed table was wet, not sure why, fridge was not cooling correctly, staff seemed very unorganized, no one was at the desk when we walked in. Staff wasn’t very welcoming, not sure if it was homeless man or a customer was sitting at the ENTRANCE smoking, facility doors were left open.
I would not recommend to my worst enemy.

No staff on site for check in at 10:30pm. Had to interface with technology to get a room key. The woman on the screen was pleasant but the experience was sad. No signage to indicate that there was no staff so I stood at the desk a while pushing a call button to nowhere. Eventually another guest informed me about the machine… “the machine is the only thing working tonight”, sounds of outlaw country projecting from his cell phone.
The room: roaches, dirty toilet, dirty sinks…
We left before checking the bed.

It’s in bad shape. Waiting for someone to check us in for about 20 minutes. The room trash was not empty from last guest. No refrigerator, microwave, phone and alarm clock. Room smell musky. The air conditioning was really loud.

Sand came out of the faucets when they worked! I only received 1 hand towel and no soap or shampoo. I had to provide my own. The hallways were dirty and smelled.

NO hot water in themorning.
NO internet. the front desk staff did NOT mention this until after i checked in.
I booked a king room. on site they matched me with a 2-queen room which is fine. The room was clean but the the bathroom was in the midst of a facilities issue with stuff in the bathtub and dirty footprints on floor (plumbing issue?). the final room was a 2 queen also very clean and with seemingly functional bathroom

It was dirty and never cleaned during stay. No mini fridge or microwave . The toilet didn't work and shower didn't drain. All together not a pleasant stay.

Room was dirty. Air con cover was off and left on the floor. Doors had been repaired where someone had punched them in! Bedding had stains. Basin, toilet and shower old, tired stock.
