Close to mall, eats and, casino. Nice hot tub. Clean facility. Friendly staff.

Good location, but the hotel is old and poorly soundproofed, which affected my stay.
Pros:

I particularly appreciated the hotel’s location, which was ideal for getting around easily and accessing Kamloops’ main points of interest.

Cons:

I did not appreciate that the room was only accessible through an interior hallway. Had I been informed of this beforehand, I would not have booked this hotel. I had specifically requested three times a room with direct exterior access.

In addition, the hotel is very old and poorly soundproofed. I could hear a guest snoring in the room next to mine, another person singing on the other side, a dog barking outside, and the floor creaking from the room above.

Breakfast was decent, but the service could be improved. The staff member was slow to refill the food, even though it was not a busy period.
