The bathroom is very small, and lighting is limited
I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay. Unfortunately, the experience did not align with the services advertised, and several significant issues compromised the quality of my visit.
During my stay, the elevator was out of order, and both ice machines were non-functional. When I brought the lack of ice to the attention of the night front desk clerk, his claim that he was unaware of the situation was quite concerning, as it is unlikely that both units would fail simultaneously without staff notice. Furthermore, the breakfast service that was promised was completely unavailable.
I found these lapses in service and communication unacceptable. I would appreciate your comments on how these issues will be addressed to prevent future occurrence

Very close to Milwaukee airport
Elevator was down and we were on the 2nd floor. It was very loud all night. Someone was going in and out of his room all night long. Letting the door slam.
The property was OK, but it definitely wasn’t a very clean one
I did not like the room doors. The elevator was broke.

Enjoyed the place seemed clean and good parking.. the room was clean and smelled fresh
Even though we woke up about 8:00 and my main Vise is coffee in the morning the pot was empty all that was out with sugar no creamer at the time upon checking out there was creamer and sugar and appeared to have had the coffee pot filled
They said they had ironing boards and irons there were none. The continental breakfast was served not in a room by by the service desk and a paper bag. There was no place to eat it. You have to go up to your room to eat your meal.
The elevator was dirty with paint, stains and other dust and stuff. The washing machines didn’t work that well if you had to play with the coin tray to get it to work.
Ii love it here, it’s the only place I stay when traveling to Milwaukee, it’s close to the Airport and Major Highways. Theres a MOD I can’t remember his name it starts with an U sorry he’s amazing, he’s an ideal employee, thank you for all you do
