Dirty facilities and poor service. Not recommended.

Location close to the airport.

Cons:

The room and facilities were dirty. I paid for breakfast, but there was no service and no compensation offered. Poor cleanliness and organization.

Nice bed, room was passable but could have used more light.
Pros:

Location was fine.

Cons:

No continental breakfast or coffee in room as advertised. The fridge in the room made a high pitched noise that game my wife a headache. Fridge was unplugged by staff since we did not have anything in there but wonder what solution would have been if we had items for refrigeration.

Needs much improvement!
Pros:

Close to the airport

Cons:

Bedding was horrible. Sheets were thin and you could see through them. Blanket was old and disgusting. Top comfortable was dirty.
Fingerprints all over both mirrors. Floor wasn’t properly vacuumed.
When the did clean the room, housekeeping left all of our garbage in the bathroom sink.
Shower head was dirty with pink residue in it.

Pros:

I appreciate it any kind of like this at the time of the morning that I needed to leave, so it was fine. It was a chocolate muffin that was delicious as well as a yogurt and a juice. The only thing I would have added would have been a spoon, but since everything else was so good, this really is not a complaint and was probably just an oversight. I particularly appreciated the person who was on duty both when I checked in and when I checked out...the same person. He was very professional and personable, a great combination! He also was able to answer all of my questions. If I ever need a motel close to the Milwaukee Airport again, I definitely will be using this location!

Pros:

It was OK for one night Stayed twice second time just getting too old and rundown pillows mattresses the blankets really kind of old and crusty TV is confusing. Could use an update …. I’m talking about thorough cleaning and remodeling but I guess that’s what you get for the price needs big-time update deep cleaning i’m going to stay somewhere a little better with better blankets mattresses pillows! Sorry

Cons:

Just needs updating and better cleaning and new blankets pillows, comforters mattress was quiet for the most part, but I stayed on a Sunday to Monday

Comfortable, convenient location, but noisy.
Pros:

The staff are always friendly and helpful, the bed is comfortable, and it's always clean each time I stay. Great for a one-nighter. Right across the street from the airport.

Cons:

The website says that the shuttle stops at 12am, and my flight arrived after 12am so I got a taxi instead. The driver seemed confused that I was taking a taxi because supposedly they still run the shuttle after hours and I had no prior knowledge of this and unfortunately had to pay $25. It would be nice if the website had provided accurate information in advance. Also, there was a guy yelling all night and it sounded like he was on drugs. Then in the morning he started yelling in the lobby too but no one did anything about him. I had a similar experience the previous time, too. There should be a noise policy.
