The room and facility is very clean and modern with really good amenities
Pros:

The facility was modern and clean, and the room I was in was clean and fully equipped with things I needed. I was happy to have some peace and quiet during my stay- also, the ice was fantastic!

Cons:

I wasn't a fan of the 100 deposit fee, but glad it was refundable.

There is no proper breakfast and the staff like to just walk into your room!

The only thing I liked about this hotel was its convenient location.

Cons:

I requested a late checkout because I had a work shift from 2 am-7:30 and did not get much sleep. I requested it multiple times and paid the extra charge. When I'm trying to rest, if I had not had the chain on my door, the housekeeping gentleman would have walked right into my room! Then he closes the door and proceeds to shout at me through the door. So I get up, go to the door to see what he wants, he wanted me to leave, I told him I had late checkout until 1 pm and he said, 'Did you pay? Are you sure?'

Not very clean and everything had a terrible smell. Very disappointed
Pros:

The breakfast was terrible. It was not a continental breakfast. They handed you a bag with a muffin, juice and yogurt

Cons:

It could have been cleaner. The lamp shades in the room were all broken, ice machine was broken, the whole hotel smelled of smoke.
