The cost was great.

Cons:

Bare amenities. Not the cleanest hotel. No real way to get to the Coliseum.

I liked how close it was to the places we needed to go while we were staying in the area.

The door to our room was a little hard to open and shut. Everything else was good.

The staff were nice and they came to help when we needed a cooler taken to the car.

Cons:

The room was really small, breakfast wasn't worth eating. The room keys didn't work have the time. So we will not be staying there again

Clean remodeled rooms staff was great

I wasn't able to stop and get my $60.00 cash Deposit back i would like to receive it and the fire alarm was just hanging frome the wire it may have just happened I'm not sure

It was horrible but 1 night we survived. Won’t stay again.
Pros:

It was located in a great area and close to where we needed to go

Cons:

It was run down, dirty sticky floors , mold in AC unit, there was an odor, and hard beds and no water pressure. Had to go buy blankets and air freshener.

I liked the location of the hotel, it was close to everything we did while in the area.

Cons:

The only thing we had an issue with was our door was a little difficult to open and close, but other than that, it was all good.

Mr Gupta needs to clean and manage their business better.

Thi s was so disappointing. I was especially shocked that they had no elevators I had to drag my luggage up a flight of stairs. Door was improperly installed so it dragged and closed with a forced shove. My room was next to the laundry room, my actual room was in dire need of a good deep cleaning. A t least I had a working tv, which my traveling companion did not have. I would say that this hotel rivals another in iron mountain upper peninsula Michigan. Both operators have properties that are never cleaned properly or updated and this is definitely properties that I recommend you stay away from. Until the Gupta family finds a better way to clean and maintain commercial hotels....STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!
