Friendly staff and comfy and clean room
Breakfast could've had a bit more variety but overall fine, pillows weren't the best to me
The location was great. The front desk worker was nice.
The beds were not that comfortable, the pillows were flat. Had to go buy our own pillows. The room wasn't all that clean. The floors were dirty and there was leftover food crumbs on the microwave.
It was really clean and it was quiet. I am very sensitive to chemical smells like cleaning supplies and fragrances and they did not have anything like that in their lobby or rooms. It was GREAT!
The only item that was a little bit bothersome (not really) there wasn't a drawer in the table between the beds. It was just a cabinet. And there wasn't that many outlets in the room or maybe they were just hidden behind the dresser, etc.
The blanket had burn marks on them, and the one bed had a big dent in Matt's and was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was ok, the biscuits were too hard to eat
Nasty
Everything
Middle of the strip. Easy access to everything and cheap but very clean.
I have no complaints!
Location was perfect, quiet through the night.
No complaints
close to attractions
Breakfast was not as expected. The worst part was serving plates were plastic use-and-throw. Hot food sticks to the plate.
Breakfast was good,room was clean,service was good,,easy location.good rates,easy parking,friendly staff
My room key, would turn green, but had to push really hard to open door, and when ready to leave, pull really hard to open.I managed it though.
First of all, they said they were dog friendly and then when I got there, they said they wouldn’t $20 a dog even for service dogs which I know is illegal. He’s on the thing when I filled it out. It said that breakfast was included. he said there wasn’t enough people there for breakfast so I had no way to eat and no car to get anything to eat. The hotel was empty and he put a family with small children right above me when all the rooms were empty and the kids were jumping up and down in the bed till 1030 at night and we’re up at 6 o’clock in the morning crying. There was plenty of other rooms to put this young couple in. I feel like he did this on purpose because I was complaining about the dog. The dog never stayed with us. The guy at the register was very rude. He told me Tuesday morning that he had coffee brewed no food but coffee when I went over there was no coffee anywhere to be found. Not acceptable in anyway or any Trump will never ever stay there again.
See above
breakfast was a little lite. the floor of the room felt sticky.
would prefer a walk in shower but I know that's my opinion.
That they didn't serve breakfast becuase of “slow season” and booked a king room but got moved to a double queen, and that their was hair on the pillow like it didn't get washed good enough and the floor could have been a little cleaner.
