Clean budget friendly older motel with great location for travel in Detroit area.
Pros:

Left to early for breakfast.

Cons:

Had to go down to lobby to get cup. Assume just forgot to leave when they cleaned. Would have been nice to have coffee pot in room.

Horrible don’t recommend no one to stay in that hell hole real nasty

Nothing it was bad I felt like I was in a janky hotel

Cons:

The tv didn’t work ac was broke fridge was broken and stankin real bad smell came from it I couldn’t store my food it went to waste shower didn’t get hot the light and everything cut off it was kinda scary the first room they put us in the lights ain’t work nothing worked we asked for a refund they put us in another room and only the tv worked in there it was a horrible stay I didn’t even take pictures when I should’ve I wasn’t thinking I was just ready to go home I was traveling 3 hours away and was disgusted with the stay there

Pros:

I did not have tv service for a week. When they finally got around to it, I had maybe 10 channels, BUT, no remote. I work, my wife is disabled and couldn't get to the tv on her own to use the buttons, so she looked at her cell phone all day long for 2 weeks.

They do not care about their customers who are paying their salary.

Very bad experience.

Cons:

Management had absolutely no consideration that my handicap wife had to stare at the walls all day long.

I deserve a refund for them not supplying my wife with a tv to watch for 2 weeks.

Just terrible.

Cons:

Breakfast , it seems to be nothing down there when we go down around 830 or 9 , I don't know if they throw a few things out and it's gone in a short time, they can't be putting more out when it's gone , because at 3 times that we stayed there wasn't any food down there , coffee is the worse , it doesn't even taste like coffee , so so cheap and watery , and there is tea bags out that's it !

Horrible experience ever
Pros:

It was close to family

Cons:

Not clean.Smelled like marijuana.Was charged a cash deposit and given no receipt.
I was also charged an extra $100 for my dog.Breakfast was a waffle and nothing else.
Curtains did not cover window on ground floor.
Horrible experience would not recommend to anyone.

A comfortable place to stay
Pros:

The rooms were pretty spacious, and clean,no bugs or anything like that.

Cons:

I have a pet and I reserved a pet friendly room online. But when I arrived the attendant stated that it would be $25 per day for the pet. I thought that the pet fee should have been stated online,also I thought $25 per day was pretty high.

For the price, I guess I can’t complain. Be sure iron before you come.
Pros:

The location. The bed was very comfy.

Cons:

It was dingy and dirty. The floors left my socks black. The vent in the bathroom was falling in. The ice machine appeared moldy and the vending machines were out of order. Last but not least, the room had no closet nor iron. The iron was community property. I had to borrow it from the guy in 113.
