Room was clean. Bed was great

Cons:

Tweakers living in woods behind it and could hear them cussing and fighting the whole time . Breakfast was not really there not everyone eats waffles . No pool .

Got scammed
Pros:

I did not like nothing

Cons:

I was charged twice on my card. Once by booking.com and once by the front desk and was thrown out when I refused to pay a third time. They said my card was declined and it was showing processed on my card. Trying to get the charges reversed is a nightmare. Booking.com says I have to deal with the hotel, the hotel says I have to deal with Booking.com. The hotel was on speakerphone last night with Booking.com, and I was present, yet Booking.com says the hotel never responded to them. In my opinion this hotel and booking.com are scammers.

Purposely dropped calls
Pros:

Tried to call to confirm they accepted pets, per their website’s instructions. The first two times after a staff member answer the phone I started to ask about bringing a pet I was disconnected. I thought that it was a bad connection. The third time I called and the same thing happened, I realized I was purposely being disconnected. Stay away if you have a pet.
