Towels wasn’t clean in both rooms, the bed had clean sheets but the room was dusty as outside.

both of room was really dusty, and smell like mildew, the only way that me, my wife and my son in the other room to sleep was taking allergy pills.

Fell Short of Expectations…..
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Great location. Plenty of parking. Free WiFi. Free breakfast. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Cons:

This is not meant as a complaint, but constructive criticism. I don’t mind old if it’s clean, but my room was not clean. Overall appearance was fine, but it needed a good cleaning. Hair all around the base of the toilet, hair on the shower walls, and hair from someone who last shaved in the sink. There were stains on the bedding. The hotel is in need of an upgrade in many ways. I went and bought sanitizer wipes to wipe everything down. The outside of the property was dirty as well. Sand all over, downed sections of fence, and 5-6 shopping carts sitting in the back lot. The back door is supposed to stay locked and only accessed with a key card, but it was open the entire stay, even during the night. I have stayed at this property about 5 times over the last 7-8 years, but do not think I’ll be back. I’ll look elsewhere.

Hot water , decent breakfast , friendliness of stay could be better , lost 60$ in food as they didn’t communicate that the light switch needed to stay on .

The area of Keene.

Cons:

Room was dirty, tub took a hr to drain. Refrigerator was dirty, we were in the room 8hrs and left for little bit and when we came back they went into our room while we were gone and moved stuff and it wasn't service the bed was still torn apart. I work for roadway inn Lakeville ny and I would be in trouble if I did that. Guest for 3 or more days get service every 3 days and if they need something they call the desk 🤔 very unprofessional and rude at day's inn. In November we stayed at day's inn in sturbridge ma. It was the same way there as Keene days inn we left and went to different hotel in November. I never got compensated either...

Didn't stay. There was no one at the desk or any where.we tried calling from the parking lot 3 times.went inside and yelled, even went up stairs.and yelled.
We were there for about 3/4 of an hour.
Gave up and went somewhere else.
