Parking direkt vorm Hotel.
Kein Room Service, was für uns für 3 Nächte eher praktisch war.
Wenn man etwas braucht (z.B. Handtücher) geht das problemlos über die Rezeption.
Das Personal freundlich und behilflich.
Das amerikanisches Frühstück war absolut Okay.
Kaffee to go in Überfluss.
Zum "Zentrum" sind es nur 2-3 Minuten mit dem Auto.
Preis/Leistung war für uns In Ordnung.
Wir haben sonst wesentliches zu bemängeln.
Staff was very nice and accommodated our special request. Location was great. The room was large and comfortable.
The location was SO great for exploring all the nearby Black Hills to dos! The staff were ALL very kind and friendly.
We had a couple ants crawling around our room over the course of the four days we stays, overall the rooms could definitely be updated

Location for dinner was convenient
Sheets were not changed and bed had been slept in pyer to my stay. Manager agreed bed looked slept in and sheets not being changed and would only credit me $2 dollars.
Overpriced for the rally
The rooms were decent. Staff was okay. Wouldn't stay here again.
We requested rooms close together. One room was on the bottom floor. The other 2 rooms were upstairs. NO ELEVATOR. We were traveling with two elderly couples so dragging luggage upstairs for four people was not fun.
It was clean and spacious. Conveniently located. Workers were very cordial and polite.
The toilet clogged up during my stay. And the vending machine took my money and didn’t give me a drink. They were sold out and did not give me credit back.
Buiten waren zitjes om lekker iets te eten/drinken. Ontbijt was goed.
Ozongenerator stond aan bij binnenkomst op de kamer. Kleine kamer voor alle bagage.
