Being close to amusement park and gas station.

Cons:

Debris in the bathtub. Metal bar under bathroom sink covered in dust. Beds are super firm. I awoke back hurting. No ice no coffee machine in rooms or cups. Coffee was in the lobby in a large coffee urn. First floor view was the bed of rocks behind the gas station which sets higher since the first floor rooms are down a set of steps. No housekeeping for 3 days. Trash was climbing the wall. No new towels. Room had laminate floors and cold. Walls in bathroom chipped paint. No bar soap. Tiny bottle shampoo. Will not rent here again. No vending machines. You can see where they were removed by an inoperable ice machine.

Choose to stay because it was close to michigan adventures. Wouldn't stay again.
Pros:

The breakfast was very minimal. Mixed cereal, just 2 choices of muffins & no cream cheese for bagels. Coffee was very disappointing. Not much of a continental breakfast like the hotel claimed it was.

Cons:

The rooms were smelly and very run down and not clean.

This was the only hotel that had a vacancy over the 4th of July otherwise we would have left!

Absolutely nothing!!!

Cons:

My wife did not feel safe. The back door opposite the entrance, was being held open with a rock. I removed the rock and several hours later someone put it back in place. This was especially disturbing as there was a key-card access at this door. So, someone was leaving it open for other/s who didn't have a card. I mentioned this to the front desk the first time I noticed it and a few hours later it was open again for anyone to access entrance into the hotel!

- We didn't feel that our door into the room was sufficiently secure and placed a door under the doorknob while we slept.
- The hallway was not well lit.
- The room was also dark and lacked a ceiling light.
- The TV in the room was way too small.
- When we came back to the hotel after supper, there was a huge crack in the entrance glass. Looked like someone shot it.
- This hotel needs a drastic and complete remodel.

I had been ignoring your emails asking me to write a review for the past several weeks. However, it is now August 1 and you keep pestering me so here it is. I know a hotel remodel is expensive as I am in that industry, but it desperately needs a complete face life! With such a great location, your business would double and triple once word got out.

Pros:

Worst place I've ever stayed. The sheets were clean but that's the only positive thing I to can say about the place. I'm not a neat freak, but this place is filthy. I didn't want to touch anything. Had I not prepaid, I would not have stayed there.
