Very helpful and friendly staff
The staff were so warm and welcoming. It was easy to find at night off the highway.
Nothing, it was perfect for a road tripping family
Wonderful staff and great facilities. The indoor pool was a major plus. We would definitely stay here again.
Room was very clean
The back entrance was wasn’t very clean
Nice suite
Could not get tv to work
Military veteran parking
Coffee wasn't restocked the next day
We booked for two nights for our daughter’s wedding.
Walking in the front door to the overwhelming smell of some cleaner should have been the first red flag but I ignored it.
We checked in and put our belongings in the room then left to get dinner and do some shopping for my daughter’s wedding.
My wife was getting kids ready for bed and after their bath, the folded “supposedly clean” towels she grabbed from the shelf were wet and others brown and black from who knows what. There were only three towels in a room for at least four people.
There was hair in all the sheets of the beds and the pull out couch was less than impressive.. it was FULL of crumbs and hair and who knows what else.
There were not sheets available for it either. The AC did not work either.
They added chemicals to the hot tub while our kids were in there.
We decided that we weren’t willing to stay in the filth so we found a different hotel. I went to the front desk and nobody was there and nobody answered the phone when I called to talk about a refund.
When I did reach out to booking.com to speak with the hotel about a refund- they refused to give us a refund for the second night the we didn’t even stay there.
I’d consider a different hotel if you want somewhere clean to stay.
Location and the pool was nice.
We booked for two nights for our daughter’s wedding weekend.
Check in was quick but I should have been skeptical when I walked in the front door and was met with an overpowering smell of cleaning supplies.
Checked into our room then left. My wife went back to get kids ready for bed and that’s when we found the filth.
The towels were folded and wet. The rags were almost black and the two queen beds had hair in the sheets. When she pulled out the couch- there was hair, food and who knows what else… there were also no sheets on the couch.
We decided we weren’t staying there. Nobody was at the front desk for me to tell and nobody answered the phone when I called after leaving.
They also poured chemicals in the hot tub when our children were in there.
They also did not issue a refund for the second night where the room was still useable. I understand the first night being refundable since housekeeping wasn’t available to clean it but the second night should have been refunded.
I’d caution you to find a hotel somewhere else if you want a clean place to stay.
Noisy-lots of stairs
The staff, the pool, room was big and clean.
Hot tub not working, looked nasty, looking forward to sitting in hot tub, long travel by myself. Charged me $265.00, for a room in a older hotel. I was expecting a lot more for that price. Tiny TV. Just not worth the price. I would not stay there again. I felt ripped off.
The staff was very politeandhelpful.
You couldn'tget to any room without taking stairs. Made it hard on my 84 year old mom on a walker. Where the pool is located, no matter where yourroomis you hear all the noise from the pool.
Nice staff
Good breakfast
Well, we walked in through the room and it seemed to be good. Then I looked by the fridge and there was a half empty bottle of water- which whatever I just kind of thought the maid must’ve overlooked that. Then my 2 1/2 year-old granddaughter was going to the bathroom with her mother and her mom said “mom come in here” and I went in there and on the back of the toilet was a fresh wrapped up brand new toilet paper roll with multiple needles stuck in there. We got the heck out of there as fast as we could, it was late at night, and we had to just drive to a different hotel and hope they had room for us. We were very shaken.
Good breakfast. Liked having protein options.
More protein options perhaps, bacon. Overall, it was good.
