Location, decent spread for breakfast and hospitality was friendly and helpful when they could be
Asked for a pet friendly room. Was probably the smallest room I have stayed in. Found brochure in room explaining amenities available and did not have amenities listed in brochure.
Bathroom floor was not cleaned and had long black hair all over the place. There was a 1/2 a role toilet paper which ran out with no replacement available. To top off my stay I was standing in the room getting dressed when the door opened up and the cleaning dude walked right in. I asked for a partial refund due to this invasion of privacy, but the manager could have cared less. I will never stay at this hotel again and likely won't stay at another Super 8 in my life.
The entire first floor smelled like stale cigarette smoke. One of the needs squeaked every time you rolled over. Heat/AC unit sounded like an airplane taking off every time it kicked on.
People smoking pot in rooms down the hall from us.

Gross, didn’t change sheets, room smelled like cologne. Bed had stains on overt layer. Blood and urine
Staff was friendly. Checking in and checking out went smoothly and fast. Breakfast was good. Location was within 5 miles to my destination. The bed was very comfortable.
Snow/ice on my car the next morning. Hahaha! No fault to Super 8 or staff. Just MN weather.

Very disappointed in our room, Window shade broken, hair dryer came off the wall, when iwent to use it, tub was rusty, and only a hand held shower wand, would be happier if I could get some kind of refund, even if just partial, ?

The price was ok. Room was clean
The front desk area was dark and cluttered. Front desk person was just getting awake in the morning. While it was the least expensive in the area, I would not stay there again.
