Coratel Inn & Suites by Jasper Hastings

When we arrived, the lobby was dirty. We checked in and went to our room. The room was missing outlet covers and most of the outlets did not work. Lampshade broken, microwave filthy and the bed sheets had someone else's hair on them. No safe place to plug my c-pap in. We requested a refund and checked out. The manager told us that Hotels.com has to call the hotel for verification to get our refund.

Area outside is very unkept- carpet in hallway and room very dirty - bathroom not clean. Not expecting much of a breakfast- very small area and looks like it will be very minimal

No hot water. Bed was comfortable. Some ants in the room.

Do not stay here. We thought we would save a little bit of money but for even $100 a night you would expect a clean room. I have never stayed at a more filthy hotel. Hairs on the floor in bathroom, around sink and in the bathtub. Floor hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. Stained carpeting and the room smelt the moment we walked in. Not to mention the (what we assume to be) vomit on the old telephone next to the bed. Mattress and pillows were so uncomfortable. Stained pillow cases, I’m curious if they wash the bedding between stays. Spend a little more for piece of mind. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

We let tje hotel know we were coming in after midnight because of a flight delay.
Nobody was at the desk took is a half hour to get someone to come to the desk.

Room was fine and clean, parking convenient. Smell of people cooking in rooms was noticeable.

The hotel was very rundown and dated. It smelled musty, the floors and entryways were dirty. Our room seemed somewhat updated, but in the morning we discovered there were vomit stains on the mattress. The jacuzzi (the reason we purchased the room) also took 2 hours to fill due to low water pressure.

THE ROOM WAS EXTREMLY DIRTY. WOULD NOT EVEN BRING MY OVERNIGHT BAG INTO MY HOME WHEN I GOT HOME ,SCARED I MIGHT HAVE BUGS FROM THAT HOTEL

The air-conditioner worked well. The television and alarm radio didn't work at all. There were stains on the floor. The faucet in the bathroom sink was not attached correctly. The bed was comfortable. Parking was sufficient.

The staff is always friendly whenever I needed to speak with them. I have been staying here for approximately a month and there aren't any complaints.

We had to switch rooms because the first room wasn't cleaned bed wasn't mad and it smelled like cigarettes and the bed was really old in uncomfortable

The room we stayed in was nicely updated with new fixtures, flooring, bedding, etc. the room was very nice looking. We were really excited to use the jetted tub. Before climbing in, I noticed a long hair. No big deal, went to grab a towel to clean it out and realized there was only one towel in the room. When I got back to the tub, I noticed the drain was just clogged with hairs - and Decided we would not be using it. Upon closer inspection of the room, I realized how dirty the wood floors and baseboards were. We would have left, but it was late and had nowhere else to go. The bed only had a sheet and the thin bed covering - no blanket. The bed was not super comfortable. The hallways have updated carpeting, but don’t look like they’ve ever been vacuumed. The outside of the hotel/parking lot is dirty with empty alcohol bottles laying around and broken down gum equipment near the trees. The parking is in the rear of the building, which is a bit awkward. The hotel and hotels.com worked together to get me a partial refund and we’re satisfied. The hotel has potential if housekeeping improves.

Quite and close to job site

The Room was dirty! The mirror had SOMETHING on it. Breakfast was nothing and advertised has having a light breakfast. Customer service did not exist.
