Very old building. The outlets in the bathroom never worked. Had to dry my hair and curl it by the bed with no mirror. Pretty shady as people are living there. Key wouldn't work in side door. Was quiet though. That's it
See above
Didn't have any donuts or coffee
Room was not ready. Took an hour to clean the room. One queen not made.Smoke alarm disconnected on the dresser.
I left at 6am before breakfast was served
No toilet paper in the bathroom. I had to go to a gas station to find toilet paper at 6am.
Furniture was outdated and in very poor condition.
The location was not far from restaurants and other businesses, and the price wasn't too bad as we were traveling across the country and we were just looking for a place to stay day-by-day.
The reservation was listed online as a king bed, but only had a queen size bed. Also, the air conditioner in this room omitted a musty smell while running, luckily it was a cool evening and we shut the air conditioner off and opened up the window for much fresher air.
It was quietdi
The tv didn't work. For the price the place should have been updated- old furniture, carpeting etc.
The location
Door locks broken so had to use front door
The town is cute and friendly. The one staff member I interacted with was decent.
For $100 for a one night stay seems exorbitant. Particularly when the facility is as old and not up to date. Tub had brown marks on them and the outline of previous non slip stickers. Decor was out dated and very dark.
You couldn't get ahold of anyone at the hotel phone calls where all automated nobody was at the desk when I tried to check in. Awful experience had to drive 4 hours home at night. Booking.com said they would reach out to the hotel for answers and I have yet to hear back. So I was charged for a room I didn't use.
Didnt have breakfast..
It is a decent place to stay..friendly staff ..no complaints
Danielle the property manager was nice.
I didn't like the broken air conditioner and the toilet in the hallway by the stairs partially blocking going up the stairs. The door to our room was ajar!!! The light switch inside the room didn't work. The bathroom only had one bath towel. The rod for the shower curtain looked like it was going to fall down. There was only a stub of toilet paper on a roll with no back up. One of the lamps was broken. The beds did not have any bedspreads and the pillows were just thrown at the head of the bed together. But the worst, which made us flee the hotel, was the dirty ladies panties and bra in the top drawer of the dresser and the bread in the second drawer.
I expect a full refund for both nights which we never used and couldn't use.
Nothing at all.
After booking my room weeks in advance and confirming it on the phone the day of my arrival, they gave my room away.
I was in town for an event and realized I would need to go straight to the event so I called the hotel at 3PM and told them the situation. I gave them my name and confirmation number and asked if I could do a late check in around 10:40PM. They said it won't be a problem at all. When I arrived on time they said they over booked the hotel and there was no rooms available. I told them about my phone call from earlier in the day and attempted to give the man my confirmation number. He wouldn't listen. He kept repeating over and over there's no rooms. He didn't offer to refer me to another location or even apologize for giving away a confirmed room. It was as if he enjoyed watching us getting frustrated at the situation they put us in. There's no way I would ever stay at this hotel!!
Nothing. Didn’t stay trying to get our money back. It was awful and the room had other peoples stuff in it.
Nichts
Absteige für Langzeitbewohner und Drogenabhängige, entsprechend der Geruch und das Sicherheitsgefühl sehr schlecht.
The price
There were no towels, we had to ask for the towels, no toilet paper, A/C didn't work very well, door to the room did not work very well, the door you had to fight with to open and close, also had to fight with the lock, there was no refrigerator and said it did, bathroom sink leaked continuously, woke to dog barking in the morning in another room
The location for where we needed to be was decent and the room was as clean as it could get.
The place was the only hotel in town that had room. It is stuck in the 1980s and could use a serious remodeling! While the location was nearby to where we needed to go, it was definitely not the best part of town. Lots of homeless people. It also seemed that people were actually living in the hotel, which isn't ideal. My room had no soap, so had to use shampoo to wash my hands... LOL
Great option for a traveling stop.
