Very non accommodating
Had to pay for a up graded room on ground floor after we requested a ground room reason being of age and medical problems. No elevator in the hotel. Only one person could watch tv due to piler in the middle of the room.
Breakfast was not sanitary due to the food ,eggs that were pre peeled and presented by the front desk wish was prepared in back room.
Parking lot was dark no ramp to get the luggage cart up onto the sidewalk

N/A NOTHING. Remote, dirty area. Someone living right along the side of the building in the grass, had a hot plate cooking food plugged into the motel.
EVERYTHING. It was old, dirty, smelled, hot, and our room they had us go to smelled of cat per, which is hilarious when I was kicked out because we had cats. But the motel says they are “PET FRIENDLY” It was disgusting, and super sketchy.
Shower - no places to put soap, shampoo, etc. except on the floor. Leaked onto bathroom floor because they used plastic base molding for a "water stop" - not a very welcoming shower. Breakfast - cold hotdogs, but no microwave to warm them up.

Located close to I-94, quiet room, courteous and helpful staff, free continental breakfast - overall great value.
Holes in the bathroom walls, cracked tile floor, holes in the bedspread, AC frame broken and hanging.
Breakfast was a joke - coffee tasted burnt, bologna and hot dogs in the cooler (unpackaged, mind you), Belgian waffles batter dispenser was empty. Orange sugary syrup dispensed out of a cranberry juice spot.
Comfortable bed. Room had everything we needed.

Since leaving, I have been charged a $15 'Subscription' fee that I never signed up for and appear not to be able to cancel !! The hotel staff member was not welcoming, sat in foyer watching videos, on loud, on her phone and very uninterested in being helpful. I had checked out but was by the front door, it had been 10 minutes, and then I remembered I had left isotonic drinks in the fridge. I came back to get them, and she said they'd been thrown in the bin; it had been 10 minutes since I checked out. Asked them to go and get them from the bin and they went out back and I heard the fridge open. All in all, do not trust and I would not use. Pay a bit more and go elsewhere if you can.
