The lack of lightening in the room! Very dark
By far, the best of the best affordable hotels I've ever stayed in! I was visiting from a few hours away to be here for the birth of my first grandchild! but I'm on a budget, so figured, well.... I just need a place to sleep that's relatively clean, I've stayed in Super 8 motels at other locations and was disappointed, but it met my need. This location has raised my expectations for any other motel! especially in this chain! Sue, I believe is the general Manager, greeted me welcomingly at the desk when I wanted to check in just before 2pm which is the normal check in time, but checked with her team to be sure the room was ready, her team was just finishing up so she got me checked in early. The room was absolutely immaculate! I lead a Facilities maintenance team in a healthcare setting professionally so I am very keen on any slight blemish, this room had none! it was fresh, no signs of water stains on the ceiling or windowsill, which are hard to avoid, and although I was only reserved for two nights initially, I came back to the room after being out all day to clean towels, a made bed and empty garbages! it was like I just checked in! And then when I wanted to extend my stay, Sue made it happen, while sharing my joy of a first grandchild! I will be staying very frequently over the upcoming years! This location is a cut above all expectations you may have had! 10 Stars!

No tv apps, no Netflix no nothing just live tv, no streaming, microwave not working at all
POSITIVE:Greeted kindly upon check in, she was fast in getting us in. NEGATIVE:Open to them we had a SERVICE dog, no mention of "cleaning fee". Charged. That in itself is funny because the carpet in our room was so stained/dirty it looked black. There's dim lighting only for a reason! Plus the funky dirty linens left behind our entry door were curious for a place that charges $50 for "pet cleaning"! The clean place reviews must have been on a different side of the hotel?
I'd stay somewhere else if you have kids that play on the floor, or you hope to walk barefoot in your room. For over $100 there's a nice looking Country Inn next door.

My wall outlets wasnt working properly so I had to go buy an surge protector to plug in my devices.
The gal on duty in the morning was exceptional!! She was very friendly and took excellent of the tiny breakfast area replenishing things as needed.
bathtub floor was slippery. Someone could get seriously hurt by slipping and falling.
