The staff was friendly and very helpful. He greeted us upon arriving and offered to help with anything needed. I wanted an additional pillow, and the staff person secured one quickly for me. even though next to a freeway, the room was quiet.

Cons:

There was rust on top of the shower liner where the panel inserts for the ceiling were. However, it did not interfere with the shower. There was only one bedside table, and I wish there had been one on both sides.
