Wonderful hotel for the price!
Pros:

Clean hotel and room, smelt fresh. Bathroom and shower were very clean and nice and they provide full bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower as well as hand/body soap and lotion on the wall. Great location in town, easy online check-in and check-out. Friendly staff. We will stay here everytime we are in town.

Cons:

Only complaint I can think of is the breakfast is not a full hot breakfast. Only provides things like cereal, bagels, waffles and juices but there are plenty of great places nearby to have breakfast.

Good location and we used the dining area a few times to meet with other friends staying there, nice

Good breakfast and location. Comfy beds.

Cons:

The heat in the room had to either be on or off, no thermostat to regulate it apparently. Had to move the table to be able to plug in the lamp so I could work, kind of weird.

Pros:

The staff were especially warm and welcoming. The night desk clerk was extremely good and very helpful. I dont recall her name but went out of the way to provide an excellent stay.

Disrupted by heater noise.
Pros:

Cons:

The heater was very loud. Husband said he doesn't want to ever stay there again because of that. Otherwise everything else was wonderful.

It was a fast 8 hours and very little sleep.
Cons:

Bathroom shower was out of conditioner. Air conditioning/heating unit could use some deep cleaning.
The tub could use some hand rails.

It looked like a picture or mirror was torn off the wall and the paster to fix it was terrible. There was no soap in the soap dispenser. The floor/carpet felt damp.

Great staff but the building needs to be either razed & rebuilt, or get extensive structural updates
Pros:

Staff was great and room was very clean.

Cons:

The building is incredibly old and in disrepair. The hallway floor is literally bowed. Carpets all need to be replaced. Bathrooms sinks and tubs haven't been updated since the 80s/90s. My room's tv, clock and lamp usb ports didn't work. The dresser had a missing broken drawer. The window screen was unsecure. The electrical outlets were sketchy and had multiple outlet expanders in use. Beds and pillows were cheap and not comfortable. Also we paid $140/night which was not a good value even during peak season.
