It was clean and comfortable.
The AC was loud and could not be adjusted so the room was cold. Great for sleeping but not for sitting. The breakfast was scant.
Noisy aircon. Very soft bed. Room opposite ice maker which was noisy all night.
Good location
Cleaning team cleaning late at night very loud in hallway and door closing all night. Reported to front desk in the morning. Very unhappy
Location, price, building is nice and indoors/enclosed not a motor lodge
It was pretty sparse and also there was late night noise from some other guests
Pillows were good.
1. The men drinking & smoking pot at the rear of the property.
2. The man peeing on the dumpster.
3. The man who sat on the couch staring at me when we entered & left
4. The man confronting me outside trying to convince me to go up to his room
5. The overall creepy & unsafe feeling of the place.
Cool room, working refrigerator, free breakfast.
AC started to work less and less each day of our 4 night stay.. the linens were clean but the bathroom has visible roaches. The first night they were coming out of the bathroom outlet. Second and third night they were coming from behind the bathroom vanity. I bought some roach spray at Walmart after the first night and sprayed a bunch of areas. I'm sure it wasn't the hotels fault but it does suck to see that. Breakfast was okay but really only had waffles, yogurt and breakfast bars available. The toaster wasn't working the first day, so no bagels. The final day, the cereal machine wouldn't turn to release the cereal my son wanted and there wasn't any milk. But you can't complain too much when it's offered for free. The refrigerator and microwave in the room worked very well. Free wifi available. Overall, a good stay. Would probably stay again even with the minor issues because the price was right and the location made traveling to see my family every day very convenient.
The room was very clean
Bad coffee and very few breakfast selections
Located close to turnpike interchange.
Room had a very odd, bad smell. We should have asked for another room. Wife actually got a headache and felt sick in the morning. Staff did provide air freshener spray. Outdated decor. Broken/unused coffee and beverage cooler in lobby. Conditions typical of a low budget, no name, "dirty" hotel, but not what you would expect from Wyndham.
Location
Very very uncomfortable beds.
was good
Nothing
The room we stayed in101 was just off the lobby and was very noisy. You could hear everything, slamming doors loud people. The shower was full of mold. Bed was very uncomfortable and made noise every time you tossed and turned.
Clean and comfortable enough. Aside from the electrical fire hazard.
Electrical fire hazard. When I entered my room I tried to turn on a bedside lamp, but neither lamp would light. I discovered both lamps were unplugged. The only outlet the plug would reach was on the wall behind the head of the mattress which was pushed up against the wall. I pulled the mattress away and attempted to insert the plug; that’s when the POP!! and flash happened. All of the lights and appliances in the room went out. Using my phone flashlight, I took a photo of the outlet which I discovered to my shock had no cover and exposed innards, repacked, and re-dressed. The front office person didn’t seem concerned about this fire hazard and refused to contact the manager upon my request. Per his words: “But it’s midnight.” Classic “let it burn” mentality. Ultimately I switched rooms and stayed there because I was plum exhausted from a full day of driving and stress. The second room was fine and the building didn’t burn down.
Staff was attentive and friendly. Rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet. Easy access of highway and plenty of parking. Not much more you can ask for at the price.
