My stay was a nightmare and a total rip-off for the price. The place should be torn down.

There was absolutely nothing to like about the place.

Cons:

I didn't like the dirty rooms, the smell in the room or the hallways., the mold in the bathroom, the faucet handle coming off in my hand, the air conditioner that didn't work or the stains in the carpet.

Nightmare of a hotel Keep driving!
Pros:

If it was possible to give a negative star review, this would be the hotel to be rated that way. It would be polite to call it shabby. The rooms were nothing like any of the photos. I got stuck in a horrible room that had holes in the wall, a handicap bathroom with a broken bench in the shower (which had mold) and barely enough room for the stand that held the TV. I was moved to a slightly larger room when i complained to the front desk, but it wasn't much better. The hallways reek, the carpets were stained, the walls are marked or have holes. The bathroom sink faucet know came off in my hand and the bathtub grout was moldy enough that I chose to wait until i returned home to shower. Like most locations in New Castle, this one should be leveled and they should try again. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I paid $95 for this experience and feel that it was about $75 too much! Lesson learned! The sad part is that I thought I was booking a room at the Quality Inn across the street. The only bright spot was the extremely apologetic woman that was working the front desk when I made my escape! I pity her. The other employees.....not so much.

Pros:

It was a good price for a quick stay. The free breakfast is nice.

Cons:

Usually when I stay the place is cleaner. The rooms are starting to look a bit rough, holes in the wall, thermostat falling off, paint on the curtains, screws holding the door together... The beds need to be more comfortable also. I just feel there is a lot of room for improvement on this stay.

The free breakfast was horrible those people don't know what a breakfast is no clean water and milk no orange juice no eggs no bacon no sausage just waffle and they ran out of mix. No salt no pepper no forks . No fruit I will never say there again

It will get you by, but that’s about it
Pros:

It will get you by, but that’s about it. It also said free breakfast. All they had was a couple packs of oatmeal and a broken orangejuice machine not really breakfast. It was clean.
