Pros:

After calling to tell them I wouldn’t be there until the next day. The receptionist cancelled my room entirely. Then she took me to see two rooms and they were dirty, paint chipping looked like someone had broken in before. It was Smokey and smelled like smoke. It looked like someone .

Pros:

The comforter had burn marks on it along with soiled marks. There were spill marks of stuff all over the walls. There was a hole in the bathroom door and the peephole was broken with a tissue shoved into it. We saw a roach 2 mins after entering the room. We did not stay. Staff was very nice. Refunded our money back to the booking agency we booked through without much of a fuss.

I didn't like anything at all!! The place was dirty and it smelled just like a bunch of smoke..I had to sleep in my truck cause my baby asthma and she couldn't be around that smoke smell..the next day on June 20th I was told they they didn't get paid so I couldn't stay

Management needs to improve the cleanliness and repairs.

Room was dirty and smelled bad. Floor was very dirty needed moped. Only 1 wash cloth for 2 people ( 1 adult 1 child) dirty wash cloth hanging on shower rod. No drain plug so child could take bath. Outlet in bathroom didnt work to use hair dryer. Bed linen wasnt clean. Definitely wasn't worth the money.
