Pros:

bed was good and towels were clean.
very nice attendant

No spare toilet paper
no kleenex
noisy neighbors until after midnight
banging doors all the time
no stopper in sink
curtain held up with safety pin
chair upholstery was torn and tattered
no guide with tv, finally just turned it off
control knob in tub pulled off in my hand

Functional, but that's it.
Pros:

It was a good price in the location I needed. However, the sheets and towels were all visibly dirty. The walls were dirty and appeared that people had thrown coffee at them. The shower was stained and chipped. I did not want to touch anything or sit anywhere.

Supremely disappointing.

Cons:

The bait and switch of calling anything about the rooms in that place, “Deluxe.” There was no shampoo or conditioner. The television was the cheapest I’ve ever seen. The screen quality was that of 1990’s quality. There was NO BLANKET—just a double sheet. The entire place REEKS of smoke—including the “non-smoking” room.

It was okay to stay, but it could use some work.
Pros:

The location was convenient, warm and quiet. That helps when you need to relax after being on the road all day. Convenience stores were close enough, and the room's appliances made for an easy way to have a quiet dinner.

Cons:

The building is undergoing some kind of refurbishment, in order no doubt to correct the "mild" run down condition. There are obvious signs of wear and tear that reflect many years of service to the public. In my opinion the only way to do the job is to shut down and do a complete overhaul so as not to interfere with people's comfort.
