I liked how it was close to the places I needed to go. I liked how friendly the staff were.
There was no table on one side of the bed so it left only one of us with space to sit drinks, phones etc. The bathtub floor had no antislip even though it was the handicap accessible room and there was no closet. They also didn't ask if we needed anything from housekeeping daily and two of the seven days our room was left untouched by housekeeping even though we didn't indicate privacy.
Beds were not bad.
There are some serious repairs needed to include large holes in the ceiling. Seems to be a safety concern. The breakfast is listed as hot but they only provided cold items and dry items. They had uncrustables but they were room temp and they should be. They did not have the room we booked and failed to tell us at check in.
Hallway not cleaned. Room floor not cleaned for some time. Walking barefoot caused bottom of feet to become filthy. Air conditioning not affective. Had to buy air freshener.
Nothing.
Musty. Carpet has debris. Room was not clean. Nor the bathroom.
It was very nice and clean.
Hallway was very dim light
Beds are comfortable.
Only handicap had queen bed
Very clean rooms and friendly staff
People above us were very noisy throughout the night.

Kids loved breakfast, AMAZING hotel coffee!, easy to request towels and anything needed, i'm normally more of a "leave me alone i'll ask if i need anything" type guest and it worked out perfectly that way!
nothing, only complaint is upstairs neighbor loud at night, but thumps and bumps are expected in a hotel stay! lol
