So dirty
It smelled so bad. They allow smoking inside. And it just smelled dirty
There was a jelly roll concert and they were slammed! The laundry was down and they had to take it to the laundry mat, the computer wasn't working so great... but the younger girl that was working front desk was trying her best & very kind. I appreciated even with some frustrated people and not so great circumstances, I believe she did a great job!
I wish I could remember her name!
It wasn't the cleanest room, but not horrible.
Also, because of jelly roll (filling up the hotels) the price was high.
Convenient
Absolutely nothing, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life. I will not recommend this place to anyone. This place needs to be bulldozed to the ground!
Everything, filthy. My wife and I stayed 3 nights, the Hall ways and stairs never got vacuumed the whole time we were there, we had a ice bucket in our room and no ice machine for ice, no alarm clock, clothes rack with no hangers, stains on the carpet in the room, mildew and mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, continental breakfast with very few items but was probably the best thing about this place.
Nice remodeling was taking place, they are trying to upgrade.
Door to outside of the bldg by the stairs would not secure.
Some sort of alarm kept going off in the staircase.
The sheets had a stain on them.

It’s dirty, smelly old hotel, water was not draining out in bath tub, to small toilet bowl
Nothing, it was very over priced for how ghetto it was jept.
It was really gross and stinky. The whole hotel stunk, and the rooms. The TV didn't work, there was only one person working and they were not going to help. The attendant was taking calls and not helping customers in the hotel.

Room phone didn't work on check out day . Wifi was connected without internet (basically useless).

Make sure outside doors are secure. Didn't feel safe due to anyone being able to enter at anytime. Hallways were dirty and smelly.
Room was clean, hallway, stairs and everything else was dirty specially entryway and stairs.
Besides being unkempt I had mentioned at booking that I’m disabled and needed a room in main floor, was sent to a downstairs that look and felt like a dungeon, dirty to top it off.
Location was good for me use. Refrigerator worked good.
The whole place smelled horrible, like it had 30 years of cigarettes and dogs living there. Ac unit was loud and didn't cool well. Beds were terribly uncomfortable. Electrical outlets were worn out and plugs wanted to fall out. Toilet was crowed by the counter. The free breakfast was only waffles, cereal or English muffin. Coffee was luke warm .
We stayed here on a road trip from Washington to Nebraska. This was a convenient place to stay that met our basic needs. The hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable after 7 hours on the road. Great place to stay for a night!
