Pros:

Both location and breakfast were fine. Very disappointed they did not have toothbrushes and paste. We had not planned to overnight but did due to the storm. You should fix that.

Decent but not great.
Pros:

Convenient location for my needs and plenty of parking. Price was good.

Cons:

The top bed runner on both beds had stains but the sheets were clean at least. The toilet bangs against the wall when you stand up, the air conditioner was so loud it was unusable and not all of the lamps in the room would turn on.

You get what you pay for. Cheap and a place to lay your head if that’s what you want.
Pros:

Conveniently located near Shipshewana and just a hop skip and jump from Sturgis with a Walmart and Starbucks too. It was affordable.

Cons:

There was no hot water, it was lukewarm the entire stay. No elevator either, so warning if you’re elderly or have a lot of baggage, you’ll be carrying it up stairs. There’s only one ice machine for the entire hotel and it’s a hike from our room on the 2nd floor. The room was clean to the visible eye, just a few noticeable repairs that needed to be done, like the bathroom toilet holder was falling out of the wall.

The room was a disaster the bathroom has motion sensors timer lights that go off after 16 seconds so you shower in the dark very dangerous the water was ice cold in the shower

Hot water didn’t work, lots of drug users and trashy people. Thin walls. Smelled like cigarette smoke. Less than stellar appearance.
