Short distance to sights we wanted to see.
Pros:

Good location, close to Shoshone Falls & Perrine Bridge. Had dinner at the Mexican restaurant next door, it was great.

Cons:

Receptionist gave us directions to Shoshone caves when we asked for Shoshone Falls, but we figured it out.

Noisy hotel. Thin walls and poorly fitting doors.

Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Location, the guest staying there were a bunch of kids, loud, running in and out of rooms, slamming doors. I thought it being a best western hotel would be a good idea however, wouldn’t stay there again

Wouldn’t do it again.
Pros:

It was close to everything and I was able to get around. WiFi was good when it was connected.

Cons:

Hard to find location but once you find it it’s okay. Pillows are extremely flat. They gave me two sheets and a thin blanket in the middle of winter. Bed is so thin it left red slat marks on my back because of the old mattress. Every single day I had to go get a new card for my door because it would stop working. There are no elevators, only stairs. Walls are paper thin and you can hear every movement and every conversation. Also listened to housekeepers gossiping outside my door in Spanish for a solid 30 minutes until I went out there shocking them. Bathroom is tiny and hasn’t been loved.

A Good Value Stay
Pros:

We checked in to room #513 on the second-floor way in the back. Our room was pretty nice. The bed was firm but comfortable. Shower nice and hot. Breakfast was very average. Not fancy but clean, quiet and a good price.

Location was OK. Bed was comfortable enough.

Cons:

The windows were absolutely filthy, and when the welcome sun came in, you really noticed. The breakfast was basic and not great.

Great value for a night's stay
Pros:

The folks with pets were all on the first floor. The breakfast was delicious with two types of waffles, eggs and sausage along with biscuits and gravy.
