Breakfast room was neat, orderly, and clean. When everything was working, it wasn’t too too bad.
The room was not clean. They were dead bugs on the floor and life of living in the folded washcloth. Neither of us dared to enter the shower. The first day the breakfast wasn’t too bad but the second day there was no coffee. The waffle machine weren’t working. We stopped at Casey’s on our way to our destination, much faster and much better. The urban mural over the bed had graffiti on it, and the smoke detector was completely missing.
The location was convenient.
First of all my room was not clean. There were stains on the sheets. Most important of all, I get woke up at 2:00 a.m. with something biting me on my ankles. I discovered bugs in my bed. Not saying that they were bed bugs but still something was there that shouldn't have been there biting me. I arrived late so I only had like 3 hours sleep. I brought it to the attendance attention and I even had one of the bugs with me and I showed him and he apologized and he said that there was no more rooms available. He said that he would put in for a full refund for my visit for the inconvenience. He said the owner is the only one that can do the refund and he won't be back for like 3 days. I waited 3 days. No one ever called me. So I called and I spoke to the owner and he refused to provide me a refund. He acted like he didn't believe me even though I had pictures and I showed his staff the bugs. He said they had an exterminator come in and inspect the room and they didn't find anything. I told him that's not the issue the issue is that something was biting me and I couldn't sleep you had no other rooms to accommodate me with and I should have had a refund like the attendant told me I would. I am very disappointed in the way I was treated. I'm going to call corporate and see if there's something they can do about it because this is ridiculous
Need more of a breakfast selection
Dirty. Sink very slow to drain. Poor lighting. No soap. Tub dirty. Went to Walmart and bought cleaner and a scrub brush and hand soap. Breakfast ended at 9, and 845 was nothing. literally putting it all away. The list goes on..

It was one of the dirtiest hotels I've ever booked. We walked out and stayed somewhere else. The staff was great and cancelled the room charges without any issues. I will never book a super 8 motel again
Location was perfect for my travel reason.
There were cigarette burns on the bedding, and the refrigerator didn't get very cold.
