Not good
Pros:

Convenient location

Cons:

Rooms wasn't clean. Tv channels didn't work, coffee maker was broke, and fridge barely was cold. Front desk attendant was cold and annoyed to do his job. Bedspread was dirty and had ciggerette burns and ash all over.

Pros:

What breakfast? No ice, muffins past expiration date, yogurt also out dated.

Cons:

Window shades fixed, sink couner firmly attached to the wall, concede soap off floor (sticky), clean towels, door lock fixed, shower spout and shower head leaked, regular coffee not just decafe, make plug accessible on right side of bed...

Got to sleep,
Pros:

Even though not happy. The staff was accommodating.

Cons:

First room stank of cigarettes, second TV wouldn't work. He did try to fix or move us again.

The worst facility I've ever had that had Wyndam on it
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Had to have the clerk unlock the door every time we left to return no microwave no coffee maker TV screen was all blurry no matter what channel charged me a $50 fee when I checked in and it was only supposed to be two dollars. No swimming pool no ice.

Cons:

Very run down. The original room was not numbered and the key didn’t work . The clerk gave another room and when we arrived it smelled like pet urine . I returned and he gave me the third room which we stayed. The smoke detectors was hanging from the wires . The Gfic plug by the sink did not work and the safety door latch was broken. I did report these items to the clerk as I returned the door key

Pleasant and what I expected .
Pros:

I didn't realize they offered breakfast until I went to check out so they could have notified me about the breakfast when.i checked in .

Cons:

I can't think of anything other than the notification of breakfast and that wasn't a big deal.

Dirty bed sheets and bathroom
Pros:

The front desk gentleman was great and understandable to the situation.

Cons:

I had to change rooms because the bed sheets were visibly dirty and stained, as if they hadn’t been washed. Unfortunately, the second room wasn’t any better, bed sheets issues again—the bathrooms in both rooms were unclean, with urine on the toilet seat and floor. That's why you always bring Lysol disinfectant wipes.
Even the new room had same issues with sheets. So i asked for new sheets and just put over the bed.

Overall, cleanliness was unacceptable and not up to basic standards. I would strongly recommend spending a bit more and staying next door at the Holiday Inn instead.

It’s comfortable for overnight or short stay. Room needs clean up.
Pros:

Close to the freeway and eating places

Cons:

Breakfast has to improve with variety of choices. Don’t even have egg typical for breakfast only muffins, toast and coffee for 70+ dollars.

Found 2 dead rats in the parking lot right off the bat. The stairwell smelt disgusting. Like urine and it was nasty.
Pros:

Honestly nothing!

If it wasn’t already booked and if we wasn’t as exhausted as we were I wouldn’t have stayed.
