I haven't got my deposit back. Every other hotel I stayed at. Refunded my deposit right after check out or a day later. . I'm still waiting on my refund for deposit.

Looked like dried blood on bathroom door, toilet ran all night, towels were stained, when I went to check out no one at the desk and no place to put room key secured, and the biggest thing is a $50 deposit that was not mentioned in any posting or website

That they made an unauthorized charge to my debit card for 124.95. Which is still pending in my account. Because they still haven’t finished finalized or processed it. Said it was a mistake. I was in Georgia for a Celebration of Life for my sister. Not a vacation and I’m on a fixed income. I saved that amount on my debit card to get back home to Florida. I’m a 61 yr old woman Traveling alone, I was traumatized wondering how I would get home. I was scared. Had to call someone to send me money to go home with. I’ve stayed at the Super 8 in Macon Ga many many times and never ever had this happen to me. You can’t even call them, no numbers work. I’ve tried to call many times when I finally got home. Please , please finish finalize the refund so it will stop pending and put back on my card.

Perfect and enjoyable stay ..clean rooms
Pros:

Allen and kahire the Indian front desk clerk were very accommodating and everytime I made a request they satisfied it quickly and spot on. Especially with things in the breakfast room. They gave me comforters and toilet tissue non stop when I asked . Very clean rooms. I had fun in the pool too!

The guy at the desk was very kind

Cons:

The hotel is old to the point that it smells like an ash tray in a non smoking room. It's gross. It's as clean as it can be, but I wouldn't trust the mattresses. I put one of my own comforters and used my pillow. The whole place smelled so bad and there was no air in the lobby. I have 2 stars for the nice guy at the desk
