They offered free breakfast and all the have was cereal
Walking distance to places
I went in 45 minutes before it was to close. There were two small rolls, 5 slices of bread, a few over ripe bananas, cereal and a few pouches of oatmeal.
Breakfast, the air conditioner didn’t work right and the refrigerator smelled moldy and didn’t work. The toilet was extremely low.
I didn’t like anything about the location.

Friend and I stay at this location for a weekend while we were visiting the Rock Falls area. Picked the location because they had a larger suite room available for a reasonable price, which gave us extra space without breaking the bank.
Room was large, but it wasn't as impressive as we hoped. Furniture was old, shabby, and fairly uncomfortable. Room was moderately clean, but it smelled really musty. Floor was sunken in multiple areas, which moved and creaked as we walked about the room.
Service was friendly if not overly helpful. No breakfast options offered, nor was there really any other amenities available during our stay. Perhaps we got what we paid for, but I doubt that we'll stay at this hotel again in the future.

The decor was dated but the room was clean, comfortable.and quiet.
Breakfast was disappointing. Cold continental breakfast with two cereal choices, oatmeal packets, toast, processed individual danish, banana and apple juice. Milk was empty and we didn't have time to find a staff person because due to time crunch .I wish they had some protein options like Greek yogurt or hard boiled eggs.
We chose this accommodation over another value option because the website showed a hot breakfast. Wrong choice!
