Will never stay here again. We were never reimbursed for the night we didn’t stay.

Cons:

The first night we were moved from one room to another bc the room that we paid for was already occupied and absolutely disgusting. We moved to the next room and that was bits of trash on the carpet, the tub was cracked, bed dirty, and smelled like mold.

Absolutely terrible. Completely disappointed.
The room was dirty, the air conditioner barely cooled, and the entire room smelled like mold and filth. The bathroom was dirty, and the bathtub had mold.
I specifically requested a non-smoking room, but it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, as if it were being used as a smoking break room.
I will never stay here again.

Comfortable, but disappointed in the cleanliness.
Pros:

The staff were very accommodating and pleasant. The bed was clean and comfortable. Quiet. TV was fine. The air conditioning worked well. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Bathroom tub had a layer of soap scum. Bathroom door kept getting stuck because the door panel was coming apart. Carpets in hallway and room was visibly dirty. Nice place, but needs a good cleaning and some repair.

Extremely outdated, dirty, mold in bathroom, carpets were not vacuum or clean, dust build up everywhere, roaches, and an open condom wrapper found in the coffee maker

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED 😞

Cons:

Upon entry I was hit with a "sour" smell and the lighting was poor. My room was awful 😖
Cracked window and the basin in the bathroom was also cracked. The air-conditioning didn't work properly and the mini-fridge rattled incessantly.

Poor quality, I would not recommend.
Pros:

Only that it was close by to my family memeber.

Cons:

Nothing, it was depressing dirty and the room they first gave me had the rugs peed on and smell very ugly. They did change my room but I would never stay there ever again. Breakfast was poor not my expectations.

Old, dirty rooms. Good location for my plans

Staff was efficient and friendly

Cons:

1st room. Filthy bathtub. Dirty sink stopper was laying on the sink. Moved to 2nd room. Lamp shades were disgusting. Cable was laying infront of our door. (Tripping hazard) I have pictures!
