Location and staff were nice
Extremely outdated, dirty, mold in bathroom, carpets were not vacuum or clean, dust build up everywhere, roaches, and an open condom wrapper found in the coffee maker

Upon entry I was hit with a "sour" smell and the lighting was poor. My room was awful 😖
Cracked window and the basin in the bathroom was also cracked. The air-conditioning didn't work properly and the mini-fridge rattled incessantly.
Only that it was close by to my family memeber.
Nothing, it was depressing dirty and the room they first gave me had the rugs peed on and smell very ugly. They did change my room but I would never stay there ever again. Breakfast was poor not my expectations.
Staff was efficient and friendly
1st room. Filthy bathtub. Dirty sink stopper was laying on the sink. Moved to 2nd room. Lamp shades were disgusting. Cable was laying infront of our door. (Tripping hazard) I have pictures!

Paint peeling, carpet VERY dirty, heat mode had a foul odor when running, room doors were slamming shut, refrigerator and microwave are powered thru the light switch when you enter the room, that same switch doesn't turn on any lights you walk across a dark room to turn on a lamp. Also noticed the bathroom entrance had broken tiles.
I Caulk around the tub was cracked, the tub spout swung free from the wall/surround making it hard to activate the shower.. we stayed here before, in the same room, didn't find these issues. Either management or owner changed since that isn't keeping an eye on employees and cleanliness

The Internet was not connecting. The hallways smelled moldy.

Did not partake of breakfast, appeared to be very limited. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I will definitely use this facility again in the future!
Cleanliness was very good with the exception of the windows, appeared to have last washed pre-hurricane Ian.
