Pros:

Really convenient stay for us for what we wanted to do and across the road from the best barbeque.
Rooms.were clean. Beds were really comfy.

When you walk in, the first impression is that the cheap aesthetics are not what you expected from the website and then, the toxic smell of chemical cleansers will make your eyes water, making staying here unpleasant, if not impossible and likely unsafe. When I requested a refund, because we could not bring ourselves to stay there, they said "Sorry, refund policy is 24 hours notice". But this was not a cancellation, I arrived ready to check-in but the place wan uninhabitable. No compassion or understanding from the unprofessional management. Clarion corporate (Choice Hotels) was better and did what they could to make it good.

This was comfortable stay for a quick trip and we enjoyed ourselves.
Pros:

The facility was decorative and fun for the children. The beds were comfortable and the bath was clean.

Cons:

The carpet can be cleaned or lifted and replaced but it smelled awesome and wasn’t a problem.

Pros:

Breakfast was better than average for mid-range hotels

Cons:

New AC unit in room had 3 speeds-LOUD,
REALLY LOUD & SUPER LOUD. It also would turn itself off when it reached the set temperature. Good thing it wasn't hot outside so we turned it off for the night.
Only 1 seat in the room.
Traffic noise from poorly sealed window.
