Felt Very Santa Fe!
Pros:

Amazing Customer Service!!
Pros:

The customer service was amazing! I left my medication in the room's refrigerator, and realized it 2hrs into my drive home. I spoke with Miriam and she arranged for it to be shipped asap to me, at my expense. But that is ok. I did have to call back that evening because I never received the email. I spoke with Francis, and he immediately fixed it. Any time I spoke with ANYONE there, they were ALWAYS 100% helpful.

Cons:

The only complaints I have are the following:

1) The crime rate is ridiculous in the area, and thefts have occurred in their parking lot. Besides cameras outside, nothing else has been done. We were concerned for the motorcycle we had on our carrier, but we had it chained in multiple ways. It was fine the following morning.

2) The beds in room 102 were VERY hard and uncomfortable. A mattress topper or new softer mattress would go a LONG way. The rest of the property was wonderful. Having a 24hr gym is AMAZING though.

Nice enough place and affordable.
Pros:

Attractive lobby, pleasant staff, comfortable room, good value.

Cons:

Room was just a bit small, two people had to dance around each other. On arrival the carpet needed vacuuming. They did it right away. All else was clean. The breakfast was basic, not enough variety. Coffee not good.

The morning of January 29th. We tried reserving another night, the lady at the front desk would not accept an ID so she told us we could not stay.
