Déçu à cause de la chambre
Pros:

Personnel aimable et disponible. Parking très bien sécurisé

Cons:

Nous avons été logé dans une chambre sans fenêtre...donc pour quelqu un de claustrophobe, c est très compliqué. De plus la clé de la chambre se démagnétisait tous les jours et la piscine était fermée alors que lors de la réservation sur booking cela n est pas précisé qu elle ouvrait qu en avril.

I had a very disappointing stay at Super 8 by Wyndham New Orleans. As soon as I walked in, there was a strong urine smell throughout the property, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. The room itself was not clean, and the toilet would not flush properly, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Additionally, the parking lot did not feel safe enough to leave my car overnight. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

The guest are rude i received no sleep Saturday night of march 14 the guest party all night over me on there patio didn’t never go to sleep I had to check out the next morning at 11 am with no sleep I toss and turned all night long footsteps constantly music the front desk guy said that people come to Louisiana all the time yeah of course but a hotel is ment for peace I had surgery a week ago and never thought to travel over 7 hrs to get no rest

Cons:

The room was not what they post. It has spider webs, bad odor, and bugs. The front desk guy was very rude. They did not have no parking and the parking spaces that they did have was too small and close. And this HOTEL should be a MOTEL. It is located in the GHETTO and the people showed it. The bathroom was so small you had to place one leg behind the door and the other open in front of the door just to sit on the toilet.

Fine for a 1 night stay, leaves a lot to be desired.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and clean. The overall style of the hotel was neat - fitting the old style of the French quarter. Location-wise, it was very convenient being right off the interstate. The parking was in a gated lot, so our vehicle felt secure. Check in went super fast and smooth - as well as check out. Every staff member we encountered was super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

You can tell the property is older and has probably survived a few hurricanes. The whole floor in our room was not level and I felt like Jack Sparrow walking from the front to the back due to the slant. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired - there were drips on walls, gunk on the bottles of soap, and we found chewed gum in the corner of the room. It was giving: They don't hire a cleaner and keep it in the family, I imagine the cleanliness was up to standard if a high schooler was asked to clean. It didn't look like it was vacuumed. There were also only 2 towels provided even though we specified 2 adults and 2 kids on the reservation. We ALWAYS check beds under sheets for cleanliness and no signs of bedbugs, but the cleanliness of this room prompted us to IMMEDIATELY check. We only needed a place to rest our heads, arriving at 11pm and leaving at 8/9am so we decided to stay, but it was JUST above acceptable for us.
