Pros:

When I got off the plane they spraying some kind of spray the pillows were hard smelling main thing I could of fallen no safety bars but Jordan was helpful anyway

Stay was generally good.
Pros:

Mainly the staff. The lady at the time of my checking out was exceptional. She was so helpful. She went to the extent of helping me to send fax to mayo hospital at no extra cost. I needed this urgently.

Cons:

The lady who checked me in made me to be a bit uncomfortable. I think she must have had a bad experience with black people earlier

Don't stay here if you are sensitive to perfumes.
Pros:

It was relatively clean and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

The air deodorizer was extremely overwhelmingly strong. There were cobwebs in the corner of the room, and there was hair in the bathtub. There isn't much sound proofing so I could hear every door closing and conversations in the hallway.
