It was a available
Air conditioner was making extreme noise about to beat itself to death. Shower enclosure had several big cracks where it was broken. No parking for large size Ford truck.
Location is terrible for ingress/egress. Room smelled too strong of cleaner. No ice bucket, No cheap plastic cups
didn’t like anything at all
Asked for a balcony room, didn’t get it.
Ice machine didn’t work and neither did the vending machine. The picture online was NOT of the same room I was put in. The tv was practically on the floor and the mirrors and walls and stuff all over them.
We didn't stay. I reserved a pet room. When I arrived after 9 pm, is when they decided to let me know that they supposedly didn't have any pet rooms available. When asked what I was supposed to do, he said there are plenty of other hotels in the area.
Location
Pool was closed and they said they had free breakfast when in fact they did not. Also my car got damaged there in middle of night.
Beds were comfortable. The woman that checked us in was very nice.
No coffee pot, the lamp closest to the door did not have a light bulb and the fan on the air made too much noise.

Smoke detector was beeping and they wanted to just disconnect it and make me stay in that room. After multiple complaints they gave me another room. Will never stay at that chain again
It was close to many eateries and the room was a good size. Ample parking. Older small microwave and small fridge did work.
Blanket had stains, towels had some shredding and the texture was like sandpaper. Inconvenient outlets for phone charging. Nightstand lamp didn't work and no personal coffee machine. Felt price was inflated due to event in town. Certainly wasn't a value for the money.

The room was dated but clean.
The TV image has faded white screen over channels so the TV was not pleasant to watch.
The lobby was clean but offered no complimentary coffee or water.
If traveling through, $95 a night you get a comfortable bed, peace, and good water pressure in the shower.
The front desk guy seemed a bit annoyed that I was there. From his tone to his body language. They charge you a non smoking refundable fee of $50 that really should be mentioned before you book. I can't imagine if I was a family on a tight budget for travel being hit with that after a long day in the car. The bed was very comfortable, but the room decor hasn't been updated in quite awhile. It was a very clean and nice room otherwise.
