Not a horrible place, just follow the schedule and enforce policy better.
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable and it was nice and quiet. The evening staff was very friendly and as helpful as they could be.

Cons:

The entire place smelled like weed. This is a non-smoking establishment, yet my family and I could not get away from that smell. Breakfast is supposed to be served until 10am on the weekend and it was cleaned and cleared up shortly after 9am. Had we known we would have been down sooner. Website does not inform you that there is no elevator.

No elevator so someone with a disability would not recommend it they put me on top floor had to carry all my stuff up 2 sets of stairs
