The bed room smelled bad. May be it is the detergent they used

BEDBUGS. I pulled the cover back on the bed to get in, and there were at least 10 bedbugs crawling around on the sheet. NO response from the hotel text line when I complained. NOBODY at the front desk to give me a receipt when I checked out (slept, fitfully, on the couch in the room. Not as badly infested.) Apathetic/indifferent employees when I checked in. Clearly nobobody cared one whit about their product (rooms) or the people who rent them. AVOID this place; best advice I can give.

Bed bugs ate us uo, bed bugs infestation on mattress. Dirty walls, floor Smelled of smoke. Ac didn't work and a guy hanging out in the back parking lot.

Building had paint falling off the wall

Room was fair. Toilet seat was broken.
Breakfast consisted of small make yourself waffles. No syrup. No measuring cup to make them right size. Cold cereal, very dissapointing.

El lugar tiene mal olor, las instalaciones no estan cuidadas, solo entramos a la habitacion y el olor era insoportable, pedimos cancelacion, nos dijeron que si y que nos reembolsarian, y a la fecha no nos responden respecto al seguimiento.

La leche del desayuno estaba arruinada, nos la cambiaron inmediatamente pero por dicha razón la comida en general que sirven nos genero desconfianza.

El único servicio de transporte colectivo que hay en la zona, esta a una hora de distancia a pie.

Only complaint really is the clerk. I believe her name was Trina. She was not at the desk when I went to check in. Turns out she was on the potty. I only know this because I had to hear "oh sure I try to go to the bathroom for 5 minutes and of course someone comes in". She honestly could've kept that to herself but I guess we all have gripes about our jobs. The next morning however, she was in the lobby scrolling through her phone while eating her breakfast, that she got from across the street at BK, and really wasn't paying attention to anyone else in the lobby. I went to check out what the options were for breakfast and there was very little. It looked like no one stocked it. I went to ask her if there were more options that what was out and she stated that "the construction crew cleaned out almost everything". So, I guess she couldn't be bothered to restock anything.

We were first put in a room that had holes in the wall and furniture and it smelled like something was dead in there. First Lady didn’t switch our room when we asked and I was ready to sleep in the car with my kids. I spoke to another lady and she was nice and helpful and switched our room and it was so much better.
