Pros:

Like the hotel and the room

Cons:

We paid the $25 fee for a late checkout at 1:00 PM; however, there appeared to be a breakdown in communication between staff. The associate we spoke with the day prior did not relay this information to the next shift or leave any notes. As a result, housekeeping knocked on our door twice. I also went down to the front desk to confirm our 1:00 PM checkout time, which was acknowledged, but this information was not effectively communicated to the housekeeping team, as they returned and knocked again.

Stained furniture, loud noise, small bathroom
Cons:

This place was very noisy, furniture was stained, bathroom was so small you had to basically stand in the shower to close the door!!! Walls are very thin and doors had large gaps at the bottom and around the edges. We could hear everything from the neighboring rooms and any hallway traffic. People ran down the hallways from 8am until 11pm banging and screaming. We woke up multiple times throughout the night and could clearly hear snoring from all souring rooms and could hear conversations in souring rooms.

Pros:

Room was large, bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean.

Cons:

My room overlooked the pool (one of three "premium/large" rooms in the hotel with this configuration) and noise from other guests using the pool was quite noticeable. Also, these rooms have no outside windows and had a fair amount of chlorine smell from the pool.
