The people in the room above us were very noisy had to call front desk 3times I was not able to sleep.it sounds like someone was having a wrestling match going on.I will never go back

Comfortable and quiet

Cons:

Shower faux tile panel could use a good cleaning. Orange mildew in the faux grout cracks. Wipes right off. Would be very easy to clean and sanitize. Would recommend this be done. Everything else was great.

The few dollars we saved staying at the Best Western weren't worth it; front desk staff not friendly
Pros:

The bed was comfortable; staff accommodated request for first floor; breakfast selection was good; housekeeping staff

Cons:

Noisy; parking lot was difficult to maneuver; front desk staff seemed put-out, polite but not hospitable; breakfast staff was not attentive to food quantities, coffee pot levels

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and premises and interior well maintained and clean

Cons:

Noisy. People arguing in hall using foul language. Tons of kids running, yelling and slamming doors.

Overall, decent experience for the money.
Pros:

Good location. Close to everything. Good breakfast. Bed was comfortable. Front desk staff very pleasant.

Cons:

Room was on the first floor-very dark. AC made a loud banging noise when it rained outside. Small bugs were coming in underneath. Coffee maker was dirty, but the Water from the faucet was very cloudy so I didn’t use it anyway.
