Awful cigarette smoke smell throughout the hotel.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the entire place smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Everything seemed to be impregnated with the odor — the bedsheets, the curtains, the bathroom, and even the hallway.

At first, we were assigned a room that had an overwhelming smell of cigarettes mixed with strong cleaning products, which seemed like an attempt to mask the odor but actually made it much worse. It was very unpleasant and difficult to tolerate.

On top of that, the air conditioner in the room did not work, so we asked to be moved. Unfortunately, the second room had the exact same cigarette smell problem, making it clear that this was not an isolated issue but a general problem throughout the hotel.

Overall, the lack of proper ventilation, the persistent smoke smell, and the maintenance issues made our stay very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is sensitive to smoke smells or expects a clean, fresh environment.

unhoused families live here! people hanging out in lobby and near rooms. our room had a wet rug and Barbie movie playing

The hotel is used for unhoused families cars bring fixed in parking lot and people hanging out everywhere Out room was hot, tv on and rug was wet clearly someone had been in there before we arrived. Spotty wifi , sad breakfast that got scooped up by families coming out of their rooms

convenient to highway

Cons:

Lots of housing challenged people outside fixing cars, in the hotel and at breakfast which was a granola bar and yogurt. our rug floor was set, tv was on when we arrived like someone had been in the room watching a movie. no towels in the room

Hey Wyndham, buy them a waffle maker or at least a toaster
Pros:

Staff was excellent, friendly and accommodating. Slightly dated but overall was good. The staff make the stay.

Cons:

Breakfast consisted of cereal bars, apples, coffee, yogurt on ice, and apple juice. Orange juice was converted to cold water. No muffins, no toaster, no bagels. If this place had breakfast, it would be amazing.
