Pool was ok.
They charged $100 deposit. Has not returned said deposit for a month!
Clean room, and easy access to the main road
Breakfast wasn’t that good
Front desk staff was very friendly. Pool was nice and clean.
Breakfast - was an hour left and there was nothing left but cereal. Out of everything else. No staff around. Was there for 3 nights and room never got cleaned.
Nothing. Pictures definitely lie!
No shower rod or curtain, broken bed, non smoking room smells like smoke. I was itching just walking into the room. Booked for two nights, checked out after 20 minutes and still got charged for both nights even though the hotel said they reversed the charge.
Comfortable and great price
The AC worked, decent cable package on the tv, check in and check out staff were polite
We had no ice bucket in our room, the front door of the room didn't seal shut properly-we could see light coming in along the side, so air (and bugs) could get in. The paint was peeling on the outside of the door.
Coffee maker didn't work without the little glass coffee pot cups for coffee maker in the room where two big for the coffee maker and microwave did not work at all did not have glass plate for rotate function and was missing one leg
Staff is nice, best “cheap hotel” in the area.

The room was okay, but they need more electrical plugins.In there, a lot of them are plugged, but not stay in there
The only thing they had for breakfast was cereal and milk and a couple small muffins
The Sprucewood was a clean comfortable stay at the end of a long day of driving.
