Not good.
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

The rooms had a smell to them, and it was supposed to be hot breakfast , there was Family style box breakfast( cereal you can buy in the store) instead of having individual serial boxes, the juice machine didn't work, so , you was using the milk of a gallon jug and orange juice out of a gallon jug that everybody handled.

Surprise charges ruined my stay at an otherwise good hotel.
Pros:

It was dog friendly.

Cons:

There was a surprise pet fee that was kept secret until I checked in. It was not even mentioned in the online registration process.

Better than sleeping in our car, probably
Cons:

We literally were afraid for our lives. There was black mold the the ceiling above the bed and on the caulk in the shower. We bolted the door, slept with the covered pulled down and departed at 6:30am before the “complimentary” breakfast.

The staff was very nice specially Ruth ans the guy are very friendly.
Pros:

Location, price and the staff and rooms super clean.

Cons:

They still need a little cleaning up outside. I know that they working and fixing outside and some rooms but we was 13 people and it was no complain from any of them.

Cons:

We did not stay as upon arriving the attendant stated we had NO confirmed reservation. Booking was showing a confirmed. We did go to Sprucewood Inn on Thurs. evening to be denied as not confirmed even with presenting Booking confirmation notice.

Pros:

Front desk staff was very friendly. Pool was nice and clean.

Cons:

Breakfast - was an hour left and there was nothing left but cereal. Out of everything else. No staff around. Was there for 3 nights and room never got cleaned.

Do not stay here with your family
Pros:

Nothing. Pictures definitely lie!

Cons:

No shower rod or curtain, broken bed, non smoking room smells like smoke. I was itching just walking into the room. Booked for two nights, checked out after 20 minutes and still got charged for both nights even though the hotel said they reversed the charge.

For one night, just passing through, it was ok, but would not stay there any longer than a night.
Pros:

The AC worked, decent cable package on the tv, check in and check out staff were polite

Cons:

We had no ice bucket in our room, the front door of the room didn't seal shut properly-we could see light coming in along the side, so air (and bugs) could get in. The paint was peeling on the outside of the door.
